El peor hotel de mi vida siendo consumidor semanal.

Desde el mal trato en la Recepción, toallas rotas y gastadas Muebles viejos, bichos en la habitación jabón de ducha y manos pésimo…

Preço-qualidade razoável

Preço-qualidade. Ambiente do hotel bom. Empregadas de limpeza muito amáveis e os empregados do restaurante também. Quarto sempre limpo. Localização boa mas longe da praia (20 minutos a pé a mais próxima). Podemos usufruir do hotel em frente (refeitório e animação/piscina).

Cheiro a esgoto em algumas partes do hotel. Refeitório quente. Empregados do bar bastante antipaticos (especialmente o Esteban). Poucas mesas na zona do bar da piscina para a capacidade do hotel. Existe um bar no 7° andar com a música extremamente alta e só termina às 2 da manhã. Numa das noites de animação o show foi cancelado enquanto decorria sem alguma justificação, tendo nessa noite não existido mais nenhuma animação.

Good, but food let’s it down ☹️

Pool was great, bar right there (you do have to pay €1 for a plastic cup), but you get it back. This didn’t bother me at all, if anything it kept the pool free of unused cups and they give you a new one every time you get a new drink. Same of pool towels €10 charge, but you can change them as you like and get your money back once you hand it back in. room and view were fantastic. We were on the 5th floor, which overlooked the sea. Spectacular view! Cleaning lady was lovely and came by every day to clean, although sheets weren’t changed. Just tidied the beds over the 5 days we were there. She did give us fresh towels if we asked and cleaned the room daily. Bar staff are pleasant enough and so are the staff in the eating halls. very efficient in cleaning and making space for pple to eat. Hotel location is good, short taxi ride around €4 into main town. You can also walk, but we didn’t. Also took the bus to the beach €15 for the day. it drops you really early and drops you back early evening which is good. You can use facilities in two neighbouring hotels. Spa facilities in one (€10 per hour) and indoor pool in another which is a bonus on rainy days. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby so lots of variety to eat out. Was all inclusive, drinks were pretty good except cocktails. They were made from a machine and weren’t great. Apart from that, can’t complain about the drinks. Entertainment was limited, but it is their off season, so I can’t comment much on that. Did see some games by the pool on warmer days which drew a good crowd.

The food really let this place down. we ended up eating out after a day or two. Very repetitive and bland to say the least. No love goes into the meals. Breakfast is ok, can’t really go wrong there a bit of everything for everyone. lunch and dinner however always consisted of some sort of pork loin or dry fish, with plain pasta or rice. wasn’t very appealing to the eye or tastebuds. Even the pizza wasn’t great. but plenty local restaurants in walking distance to choose from! so wasn’t that bothered.

Exceptional

Hotel has really good location. It is close to the ocean, stores, places where it lives during the day and night. The pool area is amazing and rooms are also very comfy. The food options are fine, I was happy with both breakfasts and dinners. The only thing I was surprised was, the first dinner we had, we came to the restaurant and didnt know nor we werent told that since we do not have all inclusive we can not take flavored drinks, beer and wine. There wasnt any sign saying that and since we were after a long travel and came hungry to the dinner room we automatically took drinks, then the lady came to us with a check for 6 euro to pay. I mean 6 euro is not that much but it is too much for 2 drinks especially when we werent aware of the system, but it is nothing major. We were lucky to have room with ocean view and a big balcony was a big plus. If we will be back on Tenerife, we will be back to this hotel.

Nice enough for the weekend but wouldn’t stay again.

It was clean and the drink pours were generous. The pool was a good size

Food was rubbish. Could have been more bland is they tried. The reception gave us no information on arrival (3 of us arrived at different times and same thing). We later found out that we could use facilities at other hotels for free too but we’re told anything.

It would be ok if it was cheaper

Decent hotel, quite clean, food was mostly very good, all inclusive drinks were good. Very friendly staff, animations, we could use 2 other Bluesea hotels infrastructure. Our room was decent, comfortable beds.

I've stayed in way nicer places cheaper. Room cleaning was sloppy. Small swimming pool, some sunbeds were in bad shape. Food needs more variety, every day just melon as fruit. IMO coffee was not very good.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel is present like beach hotel, but the beach is around 20-30 minutes away. All-inclusive was very bad, food was tasteless and poor quality. This hotel is no more than 2 stars :) Many people order dishes from outside and the receptionist see that.

Not worth the price compared to what you get (especailly all inclusive)

1 nice location 2 nice pool 3 free parking on premises and street aswell

1. the noise, paper walls, you could hear chats&screams 2. not so clean as in pictures: bathroom with hairs; old shampoo, dirty bath tub 3. air conditioning was in fact a series of tubes that conducted noise and dust, but no fresh or cold air: 4. all inclusive is NOT all inclusive, didn t include water/ some beverages through the day; you could only buy one cup of drinks at once 5. pool hours were limited (till 6PM max), also there was a dead bird nearby the pool for hours and nobody cleaned it 6. limited range of food; food was repetitive the entire stay; poor quality of ingredients. 7. Second day there was no power or running water till noon, the staff was unbothered and no estimated repair time 8. most of the terms and conditions not listed, you find them out at the hotel

Far from the city center with hills Food wasn't great for a **** so I do not recommend the all inclusive... The swimming pools where too crowded People letting their towels all the day so good luck finding a spot... The hot snacks (pizza with ham, hot dogs, french fries)

Disappointed

Rooms were clean bed comfy nice view

The food was shocking if you are a vegetarian I think ud be okay. But battered cauliflower and carrots for breakfast, when majority of the hotel is english no bacon and sausage... When speaking to other guests in the hotel they had the same opinion and were eating out all the time... This is bad practise. Pool food was shocking cant describe what the burgers were made out of with no option of cheese. Things to make a sandwich were left out all day in the fridge. Chips were very cheap and no butter was available for bread. Entertainment wasnt great either 3 hours of pass the hat around a group of drunk english wasnt our idea of fun. Drinks and cocktails were very strong and wasnt a choice of named brand stuff. Bar tender didnt know how to make a pina colada he put coke and lime in it. Very long queues at times which puts people off. We had been recommended by two lots of friends who had stayed their during pandemic and there were no complaints from them and said what a lovely stay they had had. As it is a 4* hotel things need a bit of a change in my opinion.

Not what I expected when I book an all inclusive 4 stars hotel

The location of the hotel is good, is easy to get from the airport, the rooms are renew and very clean. the staff is friendly and willing to help

The pool area is too small for the amount of people staying in the hotel, no pool chairs available, no towels for the pool, the food is terrible no variety and pool bar has a bad logistic and poor options for people who don't drink alcohol.

NO AIR CONDITIONER FOR ALL 5 DAYS WE STAYED Very poor food quality They use food from breakfast to another meals during the day Very rude people in the reception, all ladies terrible Didn’t solve any of the issues we report Lifts didn’t work for the floor we were at, always had to wait 5 min to get the 3rd floor The bar a complete disaster, drinks horrible, cocktails are not even acceptable ( they came out from a machine so you can imagine) and had to leave 1€ every time for each cup because I was keep forgetting. In the pool you never have umbrellas because people came in the morning and place their towels and them 10am when you try to go and use the pool none of them were available ( with a pregnant wife and small boy, was very bad ) No entertainment at all Overall bad experience with BluSea Interpalace

Stay clear

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, the rooms are clean and have just been done up but other than that it’s not worth a penny unfortunately- pool is freezing cold and birds all over the sun loungers, waited 25 minutes for a drink when it’s all inclusive. Food is terrible and they reuse the food from lunch for dinner most of the time. Generally not a nice hotel unless you want a really cheap budget holiday

There are better places around

Even if the staff from the reception weren't friendly, the staff from the meals room were really really friendly. The food is nice, but after some days it's a little bit repetitive. The rooms are pretty ok and the beds also.

The check-in was a really bad experience. The staff wasn't nice and they speak really poor english. We made a reservation for 3 adults with a booking suggestion and even with a proof showing that was saying ideal for 3 adults, we payed an extra because they said we should be 2 adults and 1 child. At the end, it wasn't about the money but the way we were treated.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The wifi signal in my room was weak and I had problems to connect with the Internet . Beaches were pretty far from the hotel. Safe was broken and I couldn’t store anything

Good

Nice and clean, the room a good size. The food was good, not amazing but not awful either. Most staff were very friendly. Nice places around the north but mostly were travelling to the south so if most of your activities are in the south I would suggest staying there and saving yourself the 1hr+ journey there and back. Some nice evening activities too, again not amazing but fun either way.
