The staff were standout across the board: very friendly, always helpful, and even able to open an accidentally closed apartment door with keys in lock on the inside. The location is hard to beat, with beach and coves nearby. Especially suitable for families with young children.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not feel like a 4-star experience. There are several unexpected extra charges, including €18 per week to rent a beach towel and €5 every time you want to change your bath towels. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect these basic services to be included or handled more reasonably. We also had to buy our own toilet paper and washing-up liquid, which was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was very basic, and with so many guests, there was often not enough food available. The staff struggled to keep everything stocked, which made breakfast quite frustrating. There was also no evening entertainment, which made the evenings feel very boring. For a 4-star hotel, I expected at least some entertainment or activities in the evening. The pool area was another disappointment. The loungers and pool area were not properly cleaned, and there were often glasses and rubbish left behind from the previous night. The pool was not available until late in the morning, and on some evenings it closed quite early, which was inconvenient. The nearest beach is in a nice location, but unfortunately it was quite dirty, with cigarette butts and rubbish scattered across the sand. Another major issue was the bad smell from the rubbish area outside the hotel, which was unpleasant and certainly did not give the impression of a 4-star property. Parking is also a problem. There are no free parking spaces around the hotel for hotel guests. The only option is underground parking, which comes at an additional cost. Overall, I expected a much higher standard from a 4-star hotel. The extra charges, having to buy basic household supplies, basic breakfast, lack of evening entertainment, poorly maintained pool area, limited pool opening hours, dirty beach, unpleasant smell, and expensive parking made the experience very disappointing. In my opinion, this Aparthotel does not deserve 4 star rating.
