Almost every member of the staff was quite friendly and helpful, kudos to them. There are many terraces with picturesque view over Cavtat, which is beautiful. It's nice that the hotel has two saunas, two pools and a gym. The best part of the hotel is the kitchen - there's a meal for everybody and the food was quite tasty. I was at a business event so I have to commend the Ragusa hall as well and all the waiters that served us!
Honestly, for a five-star hotel the room was a bit underequipped - we didn't get disposable personal care products that I had experience receiving in similar resorts. Also, I don't like the fact that you pay for every consumable item in the minibar. This thing can't be changed now but is worth mentioning - the ways light switches work to turn on/off different sources is quite, quite weird; it's as if they were under influence when they were wiring up the switches. The two saunas are quite small, please at least illuminate them less to simulate privacy. There's a pool, but it's quite small, you can't really swim if there are more than 10 people in it. Access to the hotel is not ideal as there are vehicles parked in the right lane, so god help you if a bus just dropped off its passengers. Access to the parking lot is terrible for a resort at this level - there's a steep single-lane curling uphill trail that can be quite dangerous if someone is going downhill, so drive carefully. Also, that's a pedestrian trail as well, so walk with care!

Location was good for us. Pool area was nice and tidy. Buffet area was clean and easy to access seating etc.
Very old facility. Needs a massive renovation. Tiles kn the bathroom loose and wobbly when walking on. Elevators were DANGEROUS - doors close quickly and are unable to stop my family member got injured and reported it to staff - they said "they've just been serviced". Elevators broke down regularly! Not recommended for people who can ot access stairs.

Our stay was fair, food was okay with plenty of options and staff was lovely and helpful. Somewhat clean, not the cleanest. Price-quality is fair.
It does feel like the hotel might've been four stars 20 years ago. A bit old school and busy. Drinks are not included during breakfast which is quite absurd.
