Diciamo che potrei riassumere in uno stringato BENISSIMO ma non renderebbe giustizia alla famiglia che gestisce l'hotel.
Veramente attenti oltre lo standard alla qualita' di tutto quello che offrono. Ho apprezzato ogni singolo dettaglio a cominciare dai meno evidenti... La cura per la cucina sino al dettaglio della scelta biologia e vegetariana degli alimenti, la scelta ove possibile di prodotti che valorizzino il territorio, la camera, molto ampia ed accogliente con un balcone superlativo con vista sulla vallata, persino l'acqua che usciva dai rubinetti era eccezionale, non scherzo, pari ad acqua minerale di un notevole gusto organolettico, migliore di tante in commercio e che lasciando scorrere un po' esce piu' fredda del frigorifero cosa per me fondamentale.
La stessa acqua utilizzata per il sanitario ovvero per la doccia... sensazione unica in cui tutta la pelle si abbevera, fateci caso se andate. Tutti i componenti della famiglia ogniuno con un proprio ruolo nella gestione dell'hotel, affabili empatici e gentili ma mai invadenti. Abbiamo partecipato anche ad un piccolo evento che ogni domenica organizzano in hotel, cena con aperitivo e una piccola spiegazione dei prodotti proposti. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, anche se sono arrivata in hotel tardi e la cena era già iniziata non hanno messo fretta né sono stati sgarbati, e per tutto il tempo sono stati gentili e disponibili.
Non mi viene in mente niente.
