The apartment was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The bath towels were large and very nice.
The layout of the rooms wasn't optimal. The sofa was in a bedroom and one of the bathrooms was a little far from the bedrooms. The apartment wasn't ideally located - a little ways away from the main train station entrance and down a dark street at night. However because the train station was 15 minutes away, all the shops were there and many were open late.

All in all everything was great.
1. We had a small refrigerator in our room for groceries and an electric stove for cooking. So the refrigerator was right under the stove. This is a big kitchen design mistake - the stove heats up the fridge - the fridge fails to keep a low temperature inside and all the food spoils.
2. As for the cleanliness inside the room - I expected better. I had to call a cleaning lady to clean the room.

I've came to Leipzig 5 times and every time the hotel was too away from the main train station (Leipzig hbf) weather in Luga Homes it was so close to it. And the city center is near also. The appartnment was so clean and good and it had AC!! The check-in was super easy and basic and I didn't face any problems.

Decent location close to the train station, zoo, and town center. Good kitchen but limited supplies.
the street the hotel is on was not clean and very noisy. The noise enters the bedrooms even with windows closed. Both bedroom windows face the noisy street.
Room was advertised with a sofa bed. But it doesn’t even open because there isn’t enough space in the room it’s placed in. We didn’t sleep comfortably at all.
Kitchen had very basic supplies, pots and pans weren’t really usable given how scratched they were.
