De locatie, dicht bij het centrum, appartement ziet er netjes uit, veel is vrij nieuw. De lift is fijn en parkeren in de garage er onder is essentieel als je met de auto bent. Kost 10 euro per dag. Is niet te gek.
Moderne smart tv met netflix
1. De onaantrekkelijke patio, waar echt niets aan gedaan wordt terwijl dit best een leuk plekje zou kunnen zijn als er een beetje aandacht aan besteed wordt. Nu is het erg verwaarloosd.
2. De oude donkerbruine plastic tafel en stoeltjes op het kleine balkon. De dode plant die daar staat. Het is een kleine moeite om hier een wat frisser balkon van te maken. Nu doet het afbreuk aan de rest van het appartement.
3. Het lawaai van de drukke straat, hierdoor is het niet mogelijk om het raam snachts open te houden.
4. Airco zou zeer wenselijk zijn.
5. De uitstraling van het gebouw is niet veelbelovend maar als je eenmaal binnen bent dan is het best oké.
6. Het hele felle licht overal is niet prettig, zorg voor iets van sfeerverlichting

Alojamiento muy acogedor y con una ubicación inmejorable en Logroño. Destacaría especialmente la tranquilidad del apartamento, ideal para descansar bien durante toda la estancia. Contar con plaza de parking en el mismo edificio fue una gran ventaja, ya que evita el problema de aparcar en el centro. También fue muy práctico disponer de 2 baños completos y cocina totalmente equipada, algo que se agradece mucho en una estancia de varios días. Sin duda, un sitio que recomiendo para quien busque comodidad, silencio y buena localización.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es muy práctico disponer de un parking. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado y no tuvimos que esperar nada para entrar, las camas eran cómodas y las habitaciones muy amplias.
He estado en apartamentos más económicos y al menos tenían los básicos. Íbamos con niños y hubiera sido un detalle al menos una botella de agua de cortesía y en el frigorífico, no tuvieron ni un detalle de bienvenida.

La ubicación , la chica que te recepcionaba, es muy amplio
Se solicitó ayuda por que salía agua del baño y no hubo respuesta.
Ruido de los vecinos.
No hay pastillas del lavavajillas
Olía a humedad si no abrías ventanas
