Situated in Santa Pola, this attractive house for $97 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Geschakelde woning op loopafstand van het prachtige Gran Playa strand(500 m) inklusief het gebruik van 2 fietsen (voor eigen risico). Vlak bij de jachthaven en centrum van Santa Pola. Huis met groot prive terras waar u heerlijk kunt relaxen. Een gezellig ingericht Spaans huis met moderne faciliteiten zoals internet TV (oa. Ned/GB/DE/BE/FR/ES/alle scandinavische landen) en gratis draadloos internet. Op de begane grond vindt u de volledig ingerichte keuken met oa koel/vries combinatie, magnetron en wasmachine. De woonkamer met plafondventilator, tafel, stoelen, bank, tv., sierhaard en gaskachel. Toilet. Op de bovenverdieping twee slaapkamers met airco en plafondventilatoren. Hier is ook de grote badkamer met bad/douche en toilet. Een slaapkamer heeft een balkon waar vanaf u de flamingo's in de zoutmeren kunt zien. Rustig gelegen met veel privacy, vlak bij zee en strand, de jachthaven, het busstation en het centrum met alle winkels, bars, eetgelegenheden, etc. Het centrum, strand en busstation zijn binnen 5 minuten aan te lopen. Inklusief WIFI, tv, water, elektrisch, (strand)handdoeken, beddengoed en 2 fietsen(eigen risico) ter gebruik. Na verblijf in de woning is er een verplichte schoonmaak.

Our third time at this house. Ideal location - Supermarkets, Beach, Town Centre, Bus Station all within a 10 minute walk - no need to have a car.
The house is very well equipped, everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Lovely patio with table and chairs. The bathroom has been nicely refurbished since our last visit. We were met on arrival by Nathalie who is very nice and gave use plenty information and contact numbers in case any problems arose.
Hopefully we’ll be going back later this year.

Property was very clean. We were met exactly as stated. We were given numbers to contact if any problems, none occurred. Location, to be honest it wasn't quite were wanted to be, however, that would have been a mistake. Neighbours were lovely, a couple of local bars, where the staff and clientele were very friendly. 5 minutes Walk to the beach. 10 minutes to bus station and supermarket. 15 minutes to town centre. We had everything we needed for 28 nights stay. Certainly look to go back.

Beach 5 minutes walk with bar 1 minutes walk which you have to pass. Beach chairs a must as £15 euros for the hire on the beach.

Homely, clean and tidy holiday town house among well tended communal gardens, with friendly neighbours, walking distance to the beach (5 mins), good selection of bars and restaurants 5mins) and three large well known supermarkets (10-15mins).
The house was well equipped with everything you could need, including excellent wi-fi and air conditioning (which was more than welcome especially in the extreme heat). It was literally a few minutes walk away to a lovely natural park where you can enjoy a pleasant walk around the lagoons where there are flamingos and other various bird life. Also within the park is an interesting Museum of Salt (free entry).
The only downside and only reason for a 4 star rating was the need to thoroughly clean the bedroom balcony and all outdoor white plastic furniture before usage, the reclining white chairs were broken and unusable (all other outside furniture was fine).
All communication with the owner and agent was excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit this area.

Perfecte, rustige woning met alles op wandelafstand
Mooi verzorgde en nette woning. Uitgebreide keuze TV-kanalen (ook Nederlandse en Vlaamse zenders!). Rustige buurt, vlot bereikbaar. Alles op wandelafstand (strand, supermarkten, restaurant en café, de wekelijkse markt).
Extra pluspunt: aanwezigheid van een gaskachel, want soms kon het vooral 's avonds wel nog vrij fris zijn.
Zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wij zouden dit verblijf aanbevelen aan andere mensen. Goed te lopen naar het strand. Erg jammer dat we van de 5 en halve week 3 weken slecht weer hadden. Dat schijnt vaker te zijn in de maand maart.

Een beetje overwinteren in Santa Pola
Van half december tot half februari hebben wij verbleven in deze woning. Het was er aangenaam verblijven. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en aan werkelijk alles was gedacht. De bedden, ook belangrijk, waren voorzien van goede matrassen. Aangezien het weer wat wisselend waren we blij met de aanwezige gaskachel. Winkels zijn in de directe omgeving, het strand op loopafstand en aan de overkant een leuk wandelgebied rond het zoutmeertje met flamingo's. Parkeren was geen probleem. De markt op maandag en zaterdag is op loopafstand en echt spaans. We hebben er menig keer een carajillo gedronken. In de periode dat wij er waren was de zon snel weg van de patio maar geleidelijk aan werd dat met de dag beter. Frans en Cobi

Spent a very enjoyable ten days in this charming property. It is very well equipped with everything you need. It is in a quiet location but within easy reach of the beach and restaurants. Overall, a real gem.

Für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt von zwei Personen gut geeignet und ausgestattet. Bei schlechtem Wetter / Herbst - Frühjahr dürfte es für vier Personen möglicherweise etwas zu eng sein.
Der SAT-Receiver erhitzte sich nach kurzer Laufzeit, so dass nur ein darunter liegendes Kühlpack eine längere, störungsfreie Nutzung des Fernsehers erlaubte.

Muy amable desde la reserva hasta la persona que nos recibió a la llegada, muy flexibles en la llegada y la salida de la casa.
Si tengo que poner una pega, las camas no son muy cómodas, y pondría un aire acondicionado en el salón para que fuera la vivienda más eficiente.

Buenas vacaciones
Una casa perfecta, tiene de todo que se pueda necesitar. Está en una zona tranquila, por lo que se puede descansar perfectamente, pero a cinco minutos andando de la playa, del paseo marítimo.
La persona que nos recibió muy amable y atenta, dispuesta a nuestros horarios de entrada y salida.

Leiligheten hadde det meste. Godt utstyrt kjøkken.

Veldig rolig nabolag, kort avstand til matbutikker og resturanter.
Ett minus dog - uteplassen var ikke veldig solrik.
Lå i skygge det meste av dagen, men det er jo kort veg til stranden. (Derfor bare 4 stjerner på beliggenhet)

Bar Tango on the end of the walk through from where our taxi dropped us from Alicante airport -20mins and approx 23 euros - does snacks pizzas burgers and more also tapas.
The house is 10mins 2 blocks straight walk to the beach and turn left to walk along the front. There are lots of restaurants in front of the lovely marina and a fabulous area to stroll along.
You can buy tickets 10 euros each return to the island of Tabasco 25mins in a water taxi or a bit longer in the bigger boats all 10euros. There’s lots of kiosks selling the tickets in front of the boats that go to the island it’s a lovely place well worth a visit. We have booked again to return in 2020.

De belles vacances
C'est la 2è fois que nous venons en famille. La maison est très agréable et très bien située car à proximité des commerces / marché / plages (à peu près 10mn à chq fois). Des améliorations ont été apportées par rapport à l'année dernière (canapé changé), ce qui est particulièrement agréable. Certaines petites choses restent à faire. La terrasse est super sympa. Notons toutefois que la clim est bridée volontairement car elle s'enclenche seule sur le mode faible ! La vie à Santa Pola est cool et peu chère et on peut faire de bonnes affaires au marché. Le Mercadona est très bien achalandé. La maison est située dans un quartier paisible en bordure d'un lac où l'on voit parfois les flamands roses. Nous y restons 3 semaines à chq fois et nous apprécions beaucoup nos vacances.

Relaxing place
I can recommend this flat, not far from beatch and shops, but still as far that you will feel it quiet and calm. If you like a relaxing night without sun this flat is perfect. During the day the garden is a sunny spot, and in the nigth you can relax under a blue heaven or the big awning. This flat got anything you need.

Een gezellig knus huis
Mijn verblijf in dit huis was super. Echt alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Een leuke omgeving. De supermarkten, strand, boulevard, busstation waren allemaal binnen 10 minuten aan te lopen. Ik heb ook prachtig weer gehad. De tuin/terras is beschut en daardoor was het heerlijk buiten in de zon te zitten. Er zijn diverse busmaatschappijen die naar verschillende plaatsen gaan. Voor iemand die geen rijbewijs heeft zoals ik is dat heel fijn.
De service was ook goed. Dit huis is zeker aan te raden. Anna

Wonderful little house
We had a wonderful holiday here. The house is close to the beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets so you don’t need a car. There is a lovely amusement park for kids five minutes walk away called Pola Park and the salt flats are just the other side of the road. There’s also a swimming pool 5 minutes walk away.

Great stay in Santa Pola!
The house is in a quiet location, within easy reach of Alicante airport (about 15-20 minutes); the beach, harbour and numerous restaurants are about 5 minutes away.
The house itself is very clean and tidy with a well-equipped kitchen; in fact, exactly as described in the property details.
