Calm place in the middle of forest and serenity , great for nature lovers. Isolated houses and very spacious. Delicious , fresh prepared breakfast and good service. Very good sitting areas and garden around.
Cleanliness could be improved with cleaner sheets and pillows. Difficult to commute to the place as road connecting to the stay from centre is fully gone for 2km stretch near the stay. Its very annoying and tiresome journey in car to reach to.

We visited Zacs Valley Wellness Resort & Spa as a family and had a wonderful time! The new Ayurvedic spa was such a relaxing experience — even after a day of exploring, the treatments felt refreshing and authentic. The new road access made the drive much smoother, which really helped since we were travelling with kids. The resort team also organised trekking, camping, and a lovely waterfall tour that the whole family enjoyed. It’s peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature — a perfect place to unwind and reconnect together. Highly recommended for families visiting Kodaikanal!

The property is located in a picturesque hill surrounded by hills, valley and stream. An amazing stay for family. Our furries really enjoyed the stay too. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Really need to appreciate them for doing the in room dining as they need to climb up the hill every time. Very well maintained.
