Great location!
A 2-star hotel that definitely deserves a third one for the ambition and care staff show in managing the property.
We even got to choose the type of pillow we preferred among 4 different options!
No air conditioning in the room, nor a mosquito net at the windows. This was the only (minor) flaw we noticed.

Warming, kind welcome from all the staff and easy parking. The room was very clean and spacious with a cute balcony! I accidently left a piece of clothing behind, and they were kind enough to send it back to me. Thank you so much for going through all the trouble for us! We had a wonderful stay!

A lovely clean comfortable room with a balcony. Very quiet but on a 5 minute walk to the main town. Really nice friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you.

The size of the room is small. We felt a bit tight. A little bit overpriced.

This hotel is delightful, our room was fantastic, the staff are beyond comparison, Daniel is a star. We were treated like lords. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the medieval village which has so much to offer we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Daniel on reception helped us straight away and let us check in early as the room was ready. The location is 5 mins walk to the beautiful town but the hotel is quiet . Free parking at the hotel. Daniel was lovely to chat with in the morning and gave us a map on Santander as that's where we were heading for the day.

Very friendly manager and staff.
Clean and well positioned.
Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed.
Hotel position very good to visit the town, which was only a 5 minute walk, and free private car parking was a great bonus.
We knew there was only a small cafeteria which opened at 8.30 a.m. but it was very limited and we missed being able to have breakfast on site before heading of for the day BUT we did know that at the time of booking.

Nice hotel and Daniel the manager very helpfull,, he informed us of all great places to eat and best routes for our motorcycles,

Great location - just outside of Santillana so an easy walk in, but then able to avoid the crowds. Beautiful countryside for an early morning walk and close to the Laberinto. The owner was super-helpful and friendly.

Too pricy. It was a simple hotel. And now due to COVID there was no food service offered.
