The grounds and amenities were excellent. The restaurant food was mind blowingly good. The furniture and appliances were all funcional, clean and well maintained. There were some exceptional staff members who were really warm, some were good and one or two were not so great.
The air conditioning in our room irritated our allergies, it was probably due for some servicing. But our allergies can be particularly sensitive. This was the only downside.

The direct beach access, the delicious food, the cleanliness, the ambiance, and the staff. Shy-Ann & Rasheeda at the front desk were exceptional. They were very professional, courteous, and patient.
It is not a keyless entry, but the manager who was very personable, down-to-earth, and excellent at what he does said that they are working on it.

Close to the best diving sites
Boring menu with high prices, bartender watches tv and ignores you, the restaurant is directly on the beach, which some people may like, but the combination of crashing waves, constant wind and reggae blaring was just too much to bare!!! There was an inside room but it was cold and sterile, few places to comfortably sit during the day, either you could choose the pool which had zero shade, or sit in the restaurant with blaring music and crashing waves.
