I liked the location of the hotel (very quiet and peaceful area), the facilities were good, and the staff.
The long delay in the service. That definitely needs to improve.

The hotel's aesthetics were modern and beautiful. Always clean. Rooms were neat and clean.
Beautiful views from our rooms. The pool was always clean.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, very tasty, and filling.
My children enjoyed their stay and complimented the food every morning.
I would definitely visit again.
Some ingredients were missing from the food and drinks menu because the staff said they were waiting for the food truck to bring them. We stayed for 4 nights, and food items were still not available on our last day.
