Charming, authentic, clean, practical. Great location if you want to be out of the busy tourist centre of Lagos town, yet still only a 5/10-minute walk to the main squares and marina. Sr Pacheco is on hand, very friendly. Clean room with towels provided (no aircon but found I didn’t need it anyway), full use of the equipped kitchen, fridge, and kitchen storage spaces.

It was very close to downtown and also it was great for our stay.
It was not enough power plugs. It was an extension in the side table that was a bit tricky

This was a lovely little place to stay! We were very satisfied with our room, especially for such a low price. We had the three-bed room. Pacheco is lovely and everything is nice and clean. This is definitely on me for not looking at the details, but we did not expect it to be a house with multiple rooms for multiple guests, with a shared kitchen area and shared bathrooms. But we enjoyed it, it was very nice to have dishes! Thanks for the stay Pacheco!!
The bathrooms are just a little old and musty, but nothing intolerable. No bodywash or anything is provided, which is fine.

Price is really low
The room was full of moisture and smelly, our clothes were really smelly after the night in that room, put still for that price it is fine
