This rustic, yet upgraded house/cabin includes all amenities, including W/D, Stainless appliances, granite countertops, bamboo and hardwood floors in the common areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and linens and housewares for your convenience. In addition to the 2 beds, there is also a full size futon and a queen-sized blow-up mattress, if needed. A pack-n-play and baby gates are also available for those staying with small children. Home has 3 flat screen TV's, internet, cable and wireless printer. There is a new gas fireplace in the living room, and also a gas grill and outdoor furniture on the back patio overlooking Soda Creek. It doesn’t get any better than this downtown property! Feel like your in the north woods, right in historic downtown Steamboat with this private locate that is only a few blocks from all of Steamboats best shops and dining options!

lovely little cabin just perfect for our winter getaway. quiet street, private. cozy fireplace, kitchen well stocked, easy few blocks walk to old town and short drive/bus to the slopes. just 3 of us, but would have accommodated 4 - 6 nicely.

House was beside a lovely babbling little brook and only a few blocks from downtown. We would definitely stay there again if/when we go back to Steamboat Springs.

The cabin is in close proximity to town which was convenient, specially during the 4th of July parade! It’s around 10-12 minutes walk to get into the shops and restaurants yet it seems like the cabin is away from the hustle and bustle of it all. The flowing river in the beautiful backyard were enjoyed by the family. The icing on top was when we witnessed 2 moose hanging around across the river directly from our cabin. We thought that was cool!

Absolutely amazing place. The location cannot be beat. So close to town, beautiful spot next to the river, clean, quiet, peaceful and private. Robbie was very easy to communicate with and gave us local tips. We will definitely stay again.

Small cabin, 4-5 blocks from main street. On a creek that ensured scenic snowy forest views from the kitchen and living room. Owner lives next door and had prompt responses. Living room + kitchen, 2 bedroom, loft, laundry, small deck and porch with grill. Coffee pot plus Keurig. There were left over coffee bags, filters, and Keurig cups available. Laundry was well stocked with detergent pods and dryer sheets. Overall great stay. Cabin seemed clean. Location was good. Would stay here again.

Not impressed with the property. Listing is misleading. Fireplace was broken and the cabin was cold. I texted to see how to operate the fireplace and was told that they were out but would come start it. No luck! Says 3 smart tvs. Only 2 not three. Who ever sleeps down stairs will be awoken by the extremely noisy floors. Listing shows an outdoor area but couldn’t access it because of all the snow. Bbq grill was also covered in snow.

What a beautiful little cabin!! Perfect for our family of 4. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Beautiful views and very convenient! We walked to restaurants even in -15 weather. Great stay, the property manager was awesome, easy to communicate with and let us have a last minute late checkout. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this cozy cabin. It had everything we needed for cooking simple meals, hanging out by the fireplace and really comfy beds, too. We loved walking our dogs around the cute neighborhood, being so close to the shops and restaurants, and just a 15 min drive to Steamboat Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has a small living space but it is cozy with fireplace and plenty of room for 3 of us. Bedrooms are surprisingly big and beds are very comfortable. We could walk to old town and it was a short trip to slopes. Lots of snow but owner kept it cleared. I bet this place is great in the summer!

We loved our stay here! We walked to dinner, about 10 minutes, each night we were there, and there was so many options around. Also only took 10 minutes to get to the ski resort. Only recommendations I'd have would be to add shades to the upstairs bedroom doors and as another review mentioned, something about the shower head that sprays out of the door upstairs. Didn't alter our stay and we would definitely stay here again
