Could have been cleaner and there are other places in the area that you can stay at.

The location was great because it was a short 7-10 minute walk to the French Quarter and to local restaurants in Marigny and Bywater. The place offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and has an open concept that offers a lot of space.

The location was phenomenal but the building itself was terrible. The air conditioners were shooting out black particles that covered the kitchen floor, the beds, and the bedroom floors. When they were wiped away, swept, or cleaned it left a black streak behind. This was something in the air conditioner that blew out the entire week we were there. The pool is SHARED with another AirBnB and was not clean. In the 2nd floor bathroom there were multiple dead caterpillars that kept appearing on the towels. In the "essentials" area-- there were no extra toilet paper or paper towels. They offered coffee essentials only. When we got to the place the dishwasher unit had standing water and was not drained. The spiral staircase is not safe for younger children. There is NO bathroom on the main floor. All the windows on the main floor face out to the pool or to another closed off portion in the backyard. Two of the three were covered, the one that was in the kitchen had been wiped (there was some sort of window covering film) and so anyone could peer in. There were heaps of trash and broken furniture in the back. At one point a truck drove in to collect garbage --but it never left and just sat in the back.

The place was perfect in every way and it was so pretty. Location was perfect as well.

All and all my children and I had a great stay and would book again.

I absolutely loved the location right in between normal living.

They only thing I would say that took me and my family by surprise was that it had a sound monitor within the unit that gauges the sound. It sent me an automated text.

Family Fun

Very nice and comfortable. Spacious and great setting for my family.

The studio was warmer than usual and needed better air conditioning. It was very hot.

Great apartment with super location

Great apartment, very clean, with all amenities and especially a super good location with all spots of interest on walking distance.

Score 8 iso 9 or 10 as the dish washer was not working and despite several iterations in communication and promises it was not fixed before we left.

great two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and sunny dining room. in the heart of the trendy Marigny district, short walk from the French Quarter.

The kitchen and dining room, up a spiral staircase from the bedrooms, had the only full size trash can; downstairs was only a tiny can in one bathroom. We reported a dead modem that was never replaced over a four- day stay, though we picked up internet from other rooms. there was NO sound isolation from other rooms or the common hallway; the property desperately needs carpeting on floors or hangings on walls to muffle the sound from other units.

Good location, don't stay if you have a bad back.

Great location. Well decorated room. Good looking space.

Concrete floors hurt my back and were uneven in some areas. Space is basically a garage, so opens up right to the street, could hear everyone coming and going. Mostly a quiet block, so that wasn't too bad.

The location is very good, very close to the Frenchmen street, the French Quartet and the Burbon Street.

I think only the bathtub had some defects. Everything else was perfect.

It could be a nice place, but is very expensive and falling apart!

The location

Everything. The spiral staircase was falling apart with several rails just hanging off. It is dangerous. There was a slight step down that several of us fell from between the kitchen abd living area. The washer and dryer were both falling apart. No bathroom is available on the main floor. There is very little privacy with open railings instead of a wall in the top floor bedroom and a window with no curtain in the queen bedroom. They did not give us the apartment that they promised us.

Great family and friends Marigny & Frenchman St. getaway in New Otleans

Located on a quiet street nearby fun party spots, decor, spacious, privacy (3 floors) nice kitchen, 3 comfy beds in separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

It was falsely advertised as a "Deluxe Studio Apartment" It was a GARAGE with three walls and a concrete floor. The fourth wall was a 60 square foot garage door. There was no insulation open to the outside and when anyone walked by it was like they were in the room Impossible to sleep. That's probably why there were ROACHES. TV steaming did NOT WORK. Texted over 2 1/2 hours with 5-6 representatives who didn't even know how there own systems worked. Gave up when it got to be almost 3:00 AM. Other half of front wall was all frosted glass with NO curtains so you'd better like getting up when the sun rises because you sure cant sleep in this place.

We had fun. The apartments jut need some minor adjustments

The apartment was nice.

Every time we flushed the toilets it made a loud noise throughout the whole entire apartment. It woke up the other person if they were sleeping. Also it was very cold. We couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. They also didn’t provide face towels.

Superb

The house was everything and more. We loved our stay. It was the perfect spot for my daughter 15th birthday photoshoot. I would absolutely book again.

The stairs were kind of weak. I was scared to go up and down even though the maintenance man ensured me it was secure.

open floor layout. Felt like a mini apartment!

You could hear the guest upstairs walking. You could also hear everything happening in the street. There were so many flies in my room and I never had the door open long enough. It was really gross because to sleep comfortably and there was a bag of liquid that attracts flies but it didn’t work so clearly this is an issue. Not sure if there’s a crack where the garage door is, that allows that many flies into the room.

No internet and told not to run AC below 70's.

Location was great and unit has potential. Space was clean and pretty.

Internet was broken and slow. Only one item could connect at a time and it would disconnect or become unavailable constantly. Speed test revealed 9MBs speed. A joke. Bed frame was missing pieces and sat uneven. They don't give you extra blankets or really any of the usual things people would want. They told us it has ac but to keep it above 70 or the machine would break and we would be charged. Umm I specifically looked for a unit with AC and internet. To not be able to use those features is fraud.
