Long & Foster were great, the unit was clean, great decor, kitchen well stocked (but you need to be tall to get anything down! I had to ask relatives for help). Was a little confusing to check in both at Sea Colony & Long & Foster, but turned out to be very easy. If you've stayed at Sea Colony through other vendors, it's a different process - but if you read all the emails, you'll get it. Great view, and staff at Long & Foster were helpful. Also, the parking spot is in a convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at 408 Dover. The property was clean and sanitary. Sea Colony had a strict policy to wear masks while in the lobby and elevator and to only ride the elevator with your party. We had no trouble at all with the elevators being slow. Only encountered people who were waiting for them three times in one week. The beach at Sea Colony insists on 10 feet between beach set ups. Felt that most people complied with this and were cognizant of trying to be safe.
Even with the one bedroom, this property has lots of storage areas to stow your stuff while you are there. Kitchen is well stocked. There are cleaning products around to clean during the week. Also love that the linens are included. Love the balcony. Used it in our down time from the beach. Only two things that I would change.....new mattress and a lounge chair for the balcony. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We loved the location and sea colony amenities. Our rental had a king bed and a sofa bed and trundle. The king bed was the only bed with a full set of bedding. The pillows were old and stained. The towels were stained with makeup. The kitchen was stocked with cooking tools and extra bags and paper products which was nice. The microwave was dirty though and so was the silverware in the drawer so i handwashed them. My daughter loved coloring with the art set from ikea and playing hungry hippos. We look forward to staying at sea colony again next year but hope these things will be fixed.
