An exceptional stay from beginning to end.
The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, with a wonderful ability to make you feel personally welcomed. There was such a positive energy throughout the hotel, and I truly felt at home from the very first moment.
The location is excellent – perfect both for relaxing and spending time in the beautiful hotel lounge, as well as for easy access to the city centre.
The food was outstanding in every way: high-quality ingredients, excellent service, and wonderful flavours.
Overall, the entire experience was exceptional, warm, and truly sparkling. ✨

Goed en alert personeel, heerlijke keuken en goed ontbijt (niet gratis). Mooie locatie waar je ook zonder kamer goed kunt eten in het restaurant. WEL reserveren want steeds goed bezocht. Mooie wandelomgeving en uitzicht op de Rijn. Hotelkamer mooi en schoon, zelfs met een losse staande fan bij warme dagen.

Very family friendly, staffs were very friendly to small children. There is a playground for kids and so close to forest.
The room is nicely designed and very clean.
Location is not too bad as it’s not too far away from the city center if you don’t plan to be walking distance from the downtown but want to be surrounded by the nature.
Too hot in summer. No air-conditioning. It’s impossible to sleep with the fan as it’s too loud. You have to leave the window open to keep the room a bit cooler. My daughter was sweating nearly the whole night.
