Anna and Sonia were both friendly, kind, welcoming and generous. The room was gorgeous, the accommodation is in a perfect location. Air conditioning works really well. Breakfast was delicious - we were thrilled to see a beautiful buffet of charcuterie, homemade desserts, fresh breads, cereals and cheeses... Before our hosts informed us they ALSO would be serving scrambled eggs on toast with bacon and sausage or salmon and avocado. Incredible.
The building has an elevator and a nice waiting room.
We had a large storm on the island while staying and unfortunately stepped mud through the lobby, Anna was incredibly kind and said it was no problem at all.
The bed is maybe a little small if you are six feet or above. It also jingles a lot but this is a result of a beautiful bedframe so maybe an okay tradeoff!

Beautiful, very stylish, peaceful hotel. Anna is a wonderful host. Fabulous room and excellent breakfast. Great location with views of the Citadel.
