The breakfast area is nice and food was varied
but in a 5 star hotel I expect tea coffee and orange juice to be served at the table not having to get up and get them yourself.
The bathrooms need to be upgraded or changed.
Also children screaming in the dining room during dinner!

There was a variety of options in the buffet breakfast. The service was excellent and the all the staff was nice. Ralph was friendly with our child and he was helpful and welcoming. The room was very nice and we imagine it would be cosy during winter months as well. The hotel provides comfort and a quiet, serene atmosphere.
Unfortunately they had faulty air conditioners in one of the restaurants. We understand that this is no-one's fault but it was an inconvenience and hopefully the issue will be fixed for future guests. The pool area was very relaxing, however I think ordering drinks while beside the pool could be improved, especially compared to the services offered at other hotels. I was a bit disappointed that the TV was not in the main bedroom and the sofa bed mattress was not as comfortable as expected.

Help yourself to an umbrella and difficult to find places to sit
Long walk from main hotel. Need a car. The minibus will take you at midday by that time all the space have gone. Very scruffy. It only comes back at 4pm
Overcrowded by pool. All beds bagged with towels by 8am quite often
