The location was great, close to the town square, the pool was nice and the kitchen was very convenient.
We wish there had been more towel service and the bus stop near the location had been functional.

Natasha was amazing, so helpful and caring. The room had great views, was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was so relaxing we spent a whole day there. Breakfast was also very delicious (with eggs from the property's chickens).
Nothing to do with the property but would recommend transport to get around, bolts/ ubers are not always accepting rides and we found the buses difficult to navigate but Natasha was very helpful with these.

The pool was a nice touch.
The pool, garden, and common areas closed at 7:30 PM, which made very little sense during the summer season. Closing shared spaces that early in a B&B completely defeats the purpose of having them.
The furniture throughout the property felt old and outdated. The rooms were very small, and the bathrooms were even smaller. The pipes, doors, and handles also looked worn and in need of renovation.
There was a strange odor in the hallways and corridors, which made the overall experience less pleasant.
Breakfast was not included in the price, which was disappointing considering the cost of the stay.
The air conditioning was very weak. It circulated the air slightly, but it did not cool the room properly.
When we arrived, we had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to come and open the door.
The room also did not provide basic toiletries such as shampoo.
Overall, the property needs significant improvements, especially considering the restrictions on the common areas during the busiest and warmest time of the year.
