Easy parking
Stairs to room 5 because I have slight knee problem. But in truth i had not informed them.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful.
Unfortuantely, we booked the room with the hot tub but this was not working. Eventually it was fixed on our second day. The staff were very helpful in this regard. The hotel was gracious enough to offer us a refund for our stay as they took the matter very seriously.

It provided everything we would like to have taken ourselves. They thought of everything, down to an ironing board! The reception staff was EXCELLENT, so willing, helpful and informative, nothing was beyond his “know” and a very pleasant chap. Breakfast had plenty on offer but you couldn’t help yourself, which meant you ended up with too much of something instead of measuring just what you want, that was my only small criticism.
It’s Malta so if you dislike having church bells ringing constantly keep this in mind. However, good double glazing works great at night.
