Beautiful renovated room which exceeded our expectations. Very comfy bed and the view is amazing :) Our housekeeping personnel prepared a lovely surprise as a celebration of our occasion. Thank you once again Ramesh, it was such a sweet gesture and very much appreciated!
Nothing much to complain about :) Maybe the upkeep of the lower level corridors and ACs through corridors could be better and supervision of the pool as children were diving and splashing people.

Practically everything. Special mention goes to our two housekeepers, BETH & COLYN. They prepared and kept our room to ultra high and pleasurable standards. Thank you.

we came with our own car and found the ramp leading to the car park somewhat tight for our car and scratched our bumper on the wall fair to say our car is quite big non the less we chose to park out on the street

The room is big and has a wonderful sea view (for the people with this option!). Bed is nice and confortable.
The equipements are old. Lifts are noisy and half where out of order on a 2 days stay.
For a 4 ☆ place having (they say) a big chef and high quality food the breakfast is dreadfull !
How an expensive hotel can't have a proper fruit juice...? Only low quality powder juices which are terrible.
Much cheaper hotels give you a proper fresh pressed orange juice.
The jam is industrial and the cheap one.
Honey is not honey but succédané of honey made by sugar, so again, the cheapest !
Fruit salad is made half by tins.
I love breakfast and was Very disappointed with this one regarding the price and quality i should have expected.

Ramesh the housekeeper was very nice.
Everday he prepared something special in our room for our honeymoon ☺️

The distance from the ferry terminal was an easy. walk to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary welcome bottle of wine and water bottles were a nice touch. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Good air conditioning and it was great having the sofa to relax on with sea views visible from inside the room.
Overpriced for what was offered. The pools closed at 7pm, which is ridiculous during the peak of summer and towels were only available at reception, 4 levels away from the pool. The service was mediocre and the coffee was appalling, inside the room was cheap instant packets and the breakfast coffee tasted like someone had used those packets and mixed it directly with hot water. Cleaning standards were under par with visible stains on the floorboards of our room and dirty glass on balcony.

The room and view were amazing. A very luxurious and clean room. The pool area was lovely too and very clean. The hotel common areas were always clean. Spa was lovely. Breakfast was varied.
A pool bar should be available near the pool area. There wasn't one.

Everything was lovely, we really enjoyed the place, it is nice for families. The service was the best, the waiters and waitresses were amazing, thank you all for giving us a great weekend

the location on gozo is great, you have easy access to the transportation and the ferry to the mainland.
The island itself is very limited so once you find a supermarket buy everything you need.

View always a pleasure. Both from suite and bar downstairs. Staff helpful. Breakfast delicious. Bar food and service also great and so friendly. Location is very good.
During our second stay there were construction works going on and these could be heard from room for a while. But staff helped sort this out and noise stopped. Some small rough edges (ex: balcony still full of small cement/ paint splatters on apertures).

Its not easy to get in and out of the garage and is somewhat dangerous
The 2nd level of the garage is terrible to say the least
Phone in the room was not working

beautiful old colonial style building that looks smaller from the outside but extends forever once you are inside. some unique features, each floor designed differently. small steep walk to reception from the first level car park but staff on hand to assist if needed.

The food service and massage treatment was good.
Paid for one night and wanted to use the indoor pool yet it was ice cold. Indoor pool was not working, however nothing was mentioned on website before booking. Also the jacuzzi was not working it was very disappointing because outdoor pool could not be used because it was bad weather

Everything was superb. Super clean and comfortable room with a nice view. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good! Excellent location as well, very close to the ferry and several local restaurants. You will definitely be seeing us again :)
