We liked that the check-in was quick. It was also nice to find our room quickly. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and quiet, and you couldn't hear any other noise.
The swimming area. Kids are running and jumping into the pool and the hot tub. It's dangerous to run on the floor by a pool. Our daughter is a lifeguard, and she has seen kids run and bust open their heads from running on wet floors. The parents need to supervise their children.

it was clean
Staff was rude, not helpful, couldn't find my reservation even when handed m booking.com receipt. Had issues with processing payment, wouldn't accept my card, then did..
