Very clean hotel. It’s the MAIN thing I look for when booking. Nice quiet area too! Breakfast was good and convenient. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay at this Hampton Inn in Minneapolis. A convenient location and updated hotel were a great start. The host was friendly for check-in and our room was clean and very spacious! We had a restful night’s sleep and enjoyed some breakfast basics before our departure. I would highly recommend a stay at this location.

When we arrived in the evening, we had to wait for the room to be "ready". An employee went to check on the room. After entering our room, there was a hair tie inside the sheets and the sheets were soiled. It was obvious that the bed was made without the sheets being changed from the last customer. This is gross and is not consistent with our usual experience with Hamptons. Also the alarm clock did not work and when plugged in.

Really loved our stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious the room was very clean and they supplied a pack n play for our toddler. We also used the pool every single day. When we went to leave our car battery was dead and the hotel had a battery charger behind the desk. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again. And our friend who lives here was also impressed and said he will be telling other family and friends to book their stay here.

My daughter accidentally left her Taylor Swift concert sweatshirt in our room. The Hampton Inn employees found it and shipped it to us. Very thankful to them for this!!

I was impressed with everything! The room was impecable. Amazing customer service. The indoor pool and hot tub areas were clean as well. I enjoyed the 24 hours fitness room.

David at check in and check out was very friendly. The room was nice except for the "barn door" bathroom door. There was a gap when you slid it shut and had no privacy as you could here everything. Breakfast was average and the dining room manager was a bit grumpy.

I live in another state now, and I’m from this area, so I’m around all my favorite shopping areas and restaurants when I come and visit…easy access to the highway

The hotel was near a nice lake and close to some restaurants. It’s unfortunate there was no shuttle service to the mall or the train station.

Stayed for the weekend. Great stay I wold like to see more housekeeping and not have to track down towels on my own. breakfast could be better on weekends when you have lots of young sports palyers in.

The hotel was great! It snowed the 1st night and no snow plow went through and if you did not have 4 wheel drive you were stuck in the parking lot and then the 2nd day all snow was icy. Not impressed with outside maintenance.

The building and grounds are well-kept. It looks like some good thought was put into the construction materials specifically in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff was accommodating to our families from two states who wanted to visit and play games. I would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean lobby. Room was nice. We struggled to get any sleep, however, as the room was too warm. We turned the heat down, then off, and finally got the AC running at 2am. In February. In Minnesota!
