Seven minutes walk to the city center and close to shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, press kiosk and boulevard. The apartment is ideally located. The complex has a swimming pool and tennis court and is entitled to parking space for 1 car. Bonalba Golf Course is 1.5 km away from the apartment. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, with front sea views (one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds, with comfort mattresses - sheets 100% cotton included), bathroom (with shower and bidet - towels included) a modern kitchen and a large living room with air conditioning, with a sea view. Large apartment with lovely views of mountains and the Mediterranean. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Carmen, the owner, replied quickly, and communicated fully during booking process and follow up questions.
Finally many thanks to Ana who looks after the property. She made us most welcome and ensured we had a lovely time staying in El Campello.

The location of this apartment can't be beaten. You have excellent access to the entire city with all kinds of shopping within walking distance. The beach is just a couple of blocks away. You are on the 10th floor and have this incredible view of the harbor, which is a working fishing harbor, the sea, and the town. Ana, Carmen's representative, is very responsive, so much for the good.
Now the not-so-good. It is an old building, and you can hear noise from the apartment above. They were doing construction while we were there, which was very annoying. The Master bedroom has a leak above the sliding glass door that allows cold air in. That wasn't good for us as it was cool and windy while we were there. Finally, the internet was way below current standards. I am a digital nomad and have a lot of virtual meetings. I was constantly dropping the signal and having to reboot the modem. When I complained, Carmen had a service come out the next day (good for Ana and Carmen). But they fixed one problem: the connection speed, but never replaced the ancient modem. So I still had the problem. If you are not the heavy internet user that I am, that may not be an issue for you. Besides, I would be very surprised if Carment and Ana didn't have the modem changed out.

Carmen's apartment is superb, exactly as described and better than the photos. Check in with Ana who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and Ana was very responsive to any queries we had during our stay. Thanks to Carmen for the welcome pack on the night we arrived. El Campello is a lovely Spanish seaside resort where we totally relaxed and disconnected from our lives back home. Highly recommend Carmen's apartment which has absolutely everything in it that you may need for your holiday.

So glad we came across this accommodation, was exactly what it said on the tin! Clean, comfortable and had everything within close proximity, supermarkets, restaurants and tram. Flat has fab views and all you need for a self catering beach holiday. Carmen was very responsive and helpful to all my little queries and Anna who met us upon arrival couldn't do enough for us. We would defo recommend and we will be returning next year.

Lovely apartment in a great location, not to be missed
10 days of real comfort and pleasure, the apartment was perfect in every respect with more facilities than we've ever experienced in a holiday apartment before. Lovely big comfortable bed, quality linen and a 180 view of the mountains and the sea to die for. Close to all local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants and the beach was just a 10 minute stroll away. Booking and check in were so easy and any information we needed whilst there was always readily available. Carmen was the perfect host and Ana who looked after us while we were there was a great help. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone and we're sure you'll thoroughly enjoy their stay.

Vistas espectaculares y luminoso.
Un alojamiento que superó nuestras expectativas . La limpieza , el orden, el ambiente todo muy agradable. Transmite mucha paz y serenidad. Un salón espacioso, al ir con peques mucho mejor, pues han tenido una soltura para poder moverse sin problemas . Detalle de bienvenida inesperado y muy bueno.Tanto la anfitriona como Ana la encargada de atendernos muy atentas en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una cuna de viaje para la peque, perfecta y fácil de montar.Con la situación actual ,pedíamos comida a domicilio y la entregaban sin problemas.Unas vistas espectaculares .Mucha luminosidad.Sin duda, Repetiremos!!!

El Campello is much appreciated for its low key, local Spanish ambiance which does not cater to mass tourism.
Carmen’s apartment is the jewel of this city with a perfect location and all your necessities in walking distance such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, ice cream, tramway, boulevard, beach, sea and port.
The apartment offers comfort, convenience, is well equipped and has the luxury of a pool and a tennis court.
To top it off, it has stunning views, a constant breeze, and two very charming hosts. And so .... our holidays began! Thank you Carmen and Ana💋💋

Gran sorpresa descubrir este apartamento en El Campello.
Sin lugar a dudas, su terraza y sus vistas espectaculares te hacen sentir que estas realmente de vacaciones.
Está muy bien situado, encontrándose muy cerca de la playa y al alcance de todo tipo de servicios. Además, El Campello tiene un gran paseo marítimo (único en Alicante) con números restaurante de todo tipo y rodeado de un ambiente familiar.
No falta ningún detalle. ¿Qué necesitas en una casa? Tranquilo, éste apartamento lo tiene nuevo y limpio. Las fotos no dicen lo bonito y que es y lo nuevo que está. Es como si un amigo te hubiera dejado su casa y quisiera quedar bien contigo. Todo es excelente.
También muchas gracias a Ana por el recibimiento y sus consejos de la zona. Nos llevamos una amiga.

Perfect place to stay!
We love El Campello and the apartment is great!
The view is stunning and there is everything you need! The apartment was clean and we loved the view, from so many rooms. We used the pool almost everyday, as a complement to the beach, and it was nice and clean. Ana took excellent care of us as well as Carmen, everything worked out fine.
We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 17 years old) and El Campello is perfect if you like to be a little more active during your vacation, we rented surfboards and went snorkeling out at the pier - don't miss it!

Views from the 10th floor are stunning. 2 reasonable sized bedrooms. small but adequate kitchen but equipped with old fashioned brown Pyrex plates none of which were big enough to serve a full meal , a good sized bathroom with an ok shower.(water pressure not as strong as I would like) Shower head could probably do with cleaning or replacing. Largish lounge area with amazing views. Has a round dining table suitable for 4/5 persons. The TV has international channels but NO English channels it has France 24 an English speaking channel but who wants to watch French News in English ?? Fortunately there is a DVD which we enjoyed as we brought some DVDs with us. There were plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and admire the view. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Ana our contact was very helpful and efficient. She explained everything on arrival and was there promptly on our departure. All in all we had a very nice stay which was good value and would therefore not hesitate to return.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The view was amazing. The apartment was spacious and very clean and modern. Everything you needed for a fabulous holiday. And the bed was so comfy, which is such a bonus. So close to all the amenities as well. Ana was very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Apartment had everything we could ask for but its main beauty is ideal location. Only a very short stroll from a beautiful clean Sandy beach and a wonderful marina, very close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes getting away from busy resorts that cater to British tourists but miss out on authentic Spanish atmosphere.

Stunning ......again!
We stayed at the apartment for a second time having enjoyed the time of our lives last year.
This place really is heaven!
Everything is on your doorstep - beach, pool, tennis courts, supermarkets, marina, tram line , bars and restaurants all just a stroll away.
You also have the option of Alicante or Benidorm or many other day trips.
And to top it all is the apartment with that view - with any advice or difficulties just a phone call away.
This place is 20 out of 10!

Entspannung pur!
Das Apartment ist wunderschön! Nicht nur die atemberaubende Meersicht, sondern auch die geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung/ Aussstattung haben unseren Urlaub sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Betten sind super bequem und alles war sehr sauber! Die Wonung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man gebrauchen kann. Auch bei einer Anreise mit dem Auto gibt es keine Probleme, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Von der Vermieterin fühlten wir uns ganz herzlich empfangen, da wir am späten abend ankamen war für alles gesorgt und wir brauchten nicht hungrig oder durstig zu Bett gehen. Auch unsere Abreise bzw. Abnahme der Wohnung konnten wir flexibel lösen, sodass keiner besonders früh aufstehen musste.
Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in El Campello und werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen!!

El apartamento es amplio, limpio y comodo. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitamos. La vista con el mar en frente y las montanas a la izquierda, maravillosa. El apartamento tiene mucha claridad. The apartment really is wonderful. The views are just stunning and since we have a young baby it was great to be able to put our son to bed and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The furniture and decor is modern and really well maintained, it was equipped with everything we could have needed. Carmen was great at communicating and always got back in touch promptly. Ana was very informative and gave us a great welcome. We have been coming to campello since I was a child and this was the nicest apartment I have stayed in - and such great value too. A warm and welcoming apartment with the most stunning sea views.

The views are amazing, the apartment itself is fully equipped, comfortable and homely and the area is clean and safe with a beautiful promenade and beach.

Wonderful stay
The apartment was wonderful and well equipped (especially we appreciated the the collection of the containers in the kitechen). Apartment was very spacious and full of light. We really enjoyed the views from every window. In the evenings it was nice to sit on the rockinng chairs with windows open and admiring the sea (the evenings were bit chilly in May). Our wellcome was very warm and the muffins were great. The location is marvellous; easy to get everywhere or just pop in the beach or just hang around the town. It was nice to get to the apartment which really match with the descrption and the photos shown on the website.
Carmen is very responsible land lady and respons any requests promptly and helped us in many ways like booking the taxi to the airport early in the morning when we left. We got very good service and special thanks to Juani.

Stunning apartment, warm hospitality
Stayed at Carmen's apartment for a week with my wife and 2-year old son for an Easter visit to Alicante.
Everything about the experience was first class. Carmen provided helpful information about the area in advance, and agreed to leave some of her son's old toys there so we didn't have to bring so much with us. Ana, who met us at the apartment to show us everything, was very warm and informative.
The apartment itself is as shown in the photographs. It is light and spacious, with beautiful views over the town and out to sea. The lounge is a pleasant place to spend time, the bedrooms aren't pokey like at many other properties, and breakfast on the terrace is perfect. The apartment comes very well equipped with everything you'd need for a couple/small family holiday. Carmen left us a lovely cake from the local bakery, which was a really nice touch.
Location = perfect. There is a nice swimming pool and tennis courts in the complex. There are 3 restaurants literally next door, with a good supermarket and bakery 5 minutes walk away. And the promenade by the sea is 3 minutes walk (with a fantastic ice cream parlour en route!), great for an afternoon stroll and packed with restaurants and bars for food and drink with a great view.
10 minutes walk away is the tram, which gets you into central Alicante in less than 30 minutes, or to other stops on the beach along the way.
A great little holiday home, we would definitely stay at Carmen's place again on the next visit to Alicante!

Lovely Apartment - Stunning Views
My wife and I have just returned today from a fabulous week in this wonderful setting. Look past some of the basic furniture and you have an apartment that almost gives you outside living. It is bright, airy and with stunning views of the harbour and beyond. The main room has very comfortable seating and the bed is very good quality compared to many i have used. There is a balcony/ terrace to sit and watch the world go by or go for a dip in the pool right on your doorstep. We were met by Ana (exactly on time) and were given detailed information including the local restaurants which was welcomed. A great week, no problems and we would certainly use the apartment again.

A Wonderful Stay in El Campello!
The apartment was great, with very comfortable beds, lots of room and natural light. The location was fantastic, close to a beautiful, quiet beach with very good swimming and a nice beach promenade for long strolls anytime of day. The owner was very helpful with booking and with information about the region. The apartment mgr. was very friendly and helpful. El Campello was just right for our family of four!
