Luxurious Vacation Weekly Rental Only About A Half Mile To The Beach. Raised Beach Duplex, Private Pool & Yard, 4 Balconies, Washer/ Dryer, Outdoor Smoking, Private Parking . Close To Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining… There are two levels and four balconies. This house has updated tile and Mahogany floors in the living area. Second full bathroom adjacent to the middle and front bedrooms. Located in Garden City, renters are encouraged to respect the neighbors and other vacationers. If you are looking for a place to party, please look elsewhere. Loud music, heavy drinking and late-night noise are not permitted. However, If you are looking for a private, peaceful, quiet beach getaway, than you found it! First floor (raised): A fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and through the door ice and chilled water, double stainless sink, dishwasher, disposer, pots/pans/dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A counter dining area with bar chairs and also a counter-height table. A half bath with toilet and vanity. A laundry room with washer and dryer. Master Back bedroom: Queen size bed, luxurious linens, full bathroom, closet, ceiling fan and a large flat screen Smart TV. The pool is visible from the downstairs and upstairs back bedrooms. Second floor: Master back bedroom: King size bed, luxurious linens, full bathroom, closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Middle bedroom: Full bed, bed linens, closet, ceiling fan Full bathroom with a double sink. Front bedroom: Twin bed and bunkbed, bed linens, walk in closet, ceiling fan Ground level: Large covered parking space Storage bin for beach toys (provided) Linens, towels, etc. included. High speed secure wireless internet is available throughout the house. All pillows and beds are anti-allergy/ bed bug protected. Floors are hardwood mahogany laminate, ceramic tile and carpet. You will love this place!

We had a fabulous week at this location. There were 8 of us and the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Pool was refreshing. It's not a big pool but was enough for all of us to relax in. Scott responded to messages quickly and was a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend this place.

The house was wonderful. Quite neighborhood but short distance to the beach. Only a few blocks. Golf cart was a plus getting all beach supplies there. Lots of grocery stores close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely nice, quite stay in Garden city, MB
The place was very nice and comfortable for 8 people! It was nice to have a private backyard with a pool and the surrounding area had a lot of really good restaurants and short walk to a local ice cream stand. Golf cart was a plus! Scott was extremely nice and very easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area!!

Pleasant Stay - Fantastico
This property has a great location and the host is very attentive. All needed items are on hand and we did not find any dirtiness other than one bug that came from outside (he was not paying so we made sure to get it out); make sure to get the golf cart offered, it is the best way to go around. We hope to return to this place.

My family (2 couples, 4 tween/teens) stayed at Scotts place for a week. The home was very well laid out and equipped for our group. The golf cart was fantastic for quick trips to the beach and local stops. We had everything we needed and utilized the pool, grill and all the amenities. The owner was very easy to reach. Great location off, out of the way of the very commercial area of Myrtle. if you prefer the Murrells end of Myrtle you will not be disappointed.

Murrells Inlet
Property was in a residential area very quiet restaurants were close by and the beach just a short ride on the golf cart all of the attractions were close by as well overall a great place

Clean and Serene
The online photos of the house were accurate. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. The towels were also fluffy and Scott provided plenty of them. The kitchen had all that we needed for our stay.
The house is in a mixed use neighborhood, but we didn’t hear any noise or experience unusual traffic on the street. The pool is small but it was perfect for our great grandson and for us.
I would recommend renting Scott’s golf cart. It makes hauling beach chairs, coolers, etc. a lot easier.
The owner, Scott, was kind, helpful and extremely accommodating. We had a great time and would rent from Scott again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and our son loved the golf cart. We arrived very late and Scott was there the next day with the golf cart. He was so pleasant to talk to! We will definitely be back again!

Great getaway week
My husband and I stayed with our two younger boys for a week. we had great weather and Scott was very easy to communicate with as any issues came up.... for example the washer, but Scott plans to get that fixed . I Would recommend the golf cart to families for a quick beach ride with many beach items! Overall..... a great stay and very affordable!

Loved this home
My daughter, her husband and their 2 teen age children and I stayed at this property the 2nd week in June. The weather was was cool and rainy, but we still had a great time. Check in was very simple, house was super clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and set up nicely. Loved the 2 en suites and that 1 was upstairs for the parents and mine was downstairs. Loved the balconies and the pool, area. This is a duplex, but we never heard the neighbors and only saw them a couple of times to say hi.. The golf cart was great to buzz around the community and to the beach. There was parking at all the beach accesses and the area felt safe and secure. This house is in a residential area a couple blocks from the beach - it is a mix of rentals and residents. Lot of close by restaurants and things to do. Scott was very personable and attentive to our needs and questions. Will definitely be back.

Great trip!
The property was just as described. Adding on the golf cart was an excellent idea. The kids enjoyed taking rides on the golf cart in the afternoon and evenings. We even took it to dinner one night at Sara J’s. The location is great. The beach wasn’t extremely busy which is nice. There are several restaurants within 2 miles and a Walmart. Pool was good size for 8 of us! We will stay here again!

Neighbor from hell
Vacation property very nice. In a great location. Very nice size duplex with a great layout. We had an issue with the neighbor. Our 12 year old was one foot in the neighbors driveway and he came home in his car cursing. Then my husband tries to calm the situation and there was no calming the neighbor down. To the point where he advised us that he has a carry permit and will use force if threatened. The police were called and the neighbor reported the same story we did. The neighbor was really warming us not to be on his property. We didn’t feel safe any longer so we had to move out of our vacation home. We have rented homes year after year and never experienced anything like this before. Scott the property manager was professional though. We knew we were quiet and polite neighbors for the two days we stayed so we couldn’t risk staying longer if the neighbor was that aggravated about a child in his driveway. We were only refunded a small portion and had to scramble to find a new rental, move and spend more money.

Very Clean and Comfortable Home.
This was our second time staying at Surfs Up. It’s always clean and comfortable. The pool is the perfect size to cool off in. Beach access is a short drive away. We had 4 great days there before Hurricane Florence had other plans for us. Scott was beyond helpful with helping us to determine if we should evacuate or stay. He kept in contact with us on the situation. Since we had to leave early he also offered to let us use our remaining days on another trip. That was super generous and extremely appreciated! We will be back!
