5 bedrooms house, 2 bathrooms on 950sqm plot of land, large spacious front yard - can park 5-6 cars, moderate size rustic backyard, bbq area, large living area and dining area. Only 5km to Tea Tree Plaza, O'Bahn, 17km to Adelaide city, top of hill, surrounding mountain views, short distance to Linear Park, short drive to reach Adelaide Hills areas. Place have all required basic amenities and can take 2-3 families on holidays and will be great fun to spent quality family and friends time/outing. Can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

Guest access -Entire house for min 5 guests booking to unlock all rooms else only number of rooms unlocked for less than 5 guests booked.
Interaction with guests - I live in the City and will be easy to access for any questions or any information.

Rented the property for a large group of 18, plenty of room for all of us. Quiet location with mountain views. Within 10 mins drive to IGA and cafes.

Had a great time and no issues with traffic or noise.
Air con did a good job during peak heat if you left it on all day.
House was missing some obvious things like washing basket and hand towels but that was sorted out in a few minutes.
Other visitors who have complained about lots of ants and I can see their point.
If you’re not used to ants it would be unsettling. I’m from country Victoria and we don’t have an ant problem like that.
A few more kitchen items for long stay visitors would help.

The house was good for what we needed for our group. It is an older property and the garden was looking very sad and neglected - although noting we stayed at the end of a hot, dry summer in Adelaide. One of the shower heads, in the main bathroom did not work particularly well. Communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive to my questions.
