About this condo rental

Situated in Spa Creek, this lovely condo for $289 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Clean, spacious Eastport cottage in a prime location to downtown Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy. Both are walking distance. WiFi, 2+bedroom apartment, includes 1 full bed, 1 pull out couch, 1 inflatable mattress and 1 kids loft bed. Comfortably fits 2 adult couples and even squeezes in 3 kids. Private yard with gas grill, fire pit and off street parking. Great for couples,solo travelers and families. The space Hideaway is a historic cottage traditional to Eastport, modernized with a open floor plan, kitchen, and in general updated. It was built in 1924 or so. The yard is surrounded by landscaping providing privacy, there's a fire pit and gas grill. The yard is surrounded by plantings which provide privacy especially in the growing seasons. Right now the landscape grasses have just been cleared of last year's growth so the yard is a bit more exposed. It will grow in by mid spring. Guest access Guests enter via a alcove entrance adjacent to the parking lot. The entry door is shared with others who have access to the washer/dryer and basement. You then enter the door to the kitchen which has a keyed entry door lock for your privacy. Interaction with guests Got questions about anything? Ask us! HomePort Rentals is a vacation destination business in Eastport - it started with this property. We love AirBnB and welcoming people to Annapolis, and we are working to put our personal touch on our beautiful city. We look forward to making sure you have a great experience! Other things to note Busy season ends November 15th. Cleaning fee goes to a local cleaning team that has been with us for a while. The property has 3 separated units and shares a outer entrance. The apartment has a inner door for guest privacy/security.

We arrived to find a totally charming home with parking, a yard, grill, laundry room and fully stocked kitchen--salt and pepper and array of spices had we wanted to cook full meals. There were plenty of towels so we didn't feel like we had to beg for more. Internet TV with wifi and many already bought movies "on the house". We forgot a toothbrush and were able to find a new one in the bathroom (replaced the following day when we were able to go to the store). The hosts communicated rapidly and clearly. We felt welcomed in the house in every way. While we were only there for a weekend, we could have easily stayed for a month. We loved our stay and would love to stay here again. Thank you!
