I suggest booking.com to take out this hotel from u r list because that staff he is not ready to spe

Breakfast is good but the staff behaviour and their attitude is not good

That manager he don't no how to talk with the customer and how to handle a situation if any customer in a emergency situation he fought with me as I was checking out prior

The location of the stay was pretty good, close to Gateway of India. The staff were well versed and were very helpful.

The price is too much for the room and the facilities provided, the room size was small.

Unhygienic place. If you go here, you will certainly come out with cockroaches and some unknown bacterias on your body.

Nothing at all! There is nothing to be liked about this hotel. This place hosts call girls as well!

Super unhygienic place. We couldn't even stay there for 10 mins. The bedsheet and pillow cover had many small and big hair. The place wasn't cleaned up. The pillows were as if forth-hand buy! (pictures attached). There were cockroaches everywhere. When we complained about it, they simply moved us to a similar room of the same condition. Made us wait for 2 hrs. We demanded a refund, it was denied. We had to leave this "shady" hotel and loose our money as well.

It's a shame ! My arrival in this hotel was disastrous…

It's a shame ! My arrival in Mumbai was disastrous… I had reserved, for the beginning of the afternoon, a spacious, lighted room with a window… and when I arrived, they made me wait until evening, and to give me a very small room, dark, dirty, windowless, and full of damp. In addition I had to pay the same price as for the other room! In addition, the people of the hotel made noise all night, I had to sleep 2n maximum. Horrible… Finally, be very careful, because the hotel can recommend a travel agency (which pretends to be the tourist office), and they are real tourist thieves. In short, go your way if you want to have a good stay in Colaba, put a little more money and gain a little more pleasure!

Initially room was not provided as per requirement but was shifted to another small room on next day

Location

Approach to Hotel was little upsetting. Only one item was served out of Poha/idli/bada Sambhar/Bread Ommlette and that too as per discretion of hotel & without water. It is surprising that not a single water bottle was provided inspite of breakfast was included in tariff. Restaurant was not attached with hotel and items were provided/served at room.

actually we could not able to stay at the property as they have given the room to someone else. they did not even called us for the same. just I had seen tht they sent us mail about time to check in as we were travelling we could now see the email on time but after tht they have adjusted us in very small room for another property

there is no cooperation and proper support from the property

not worth the money

it was clean

very narrow entrance and you have to lift your luggage to 2nd floor as there was no lift. housekeeping was worst. please better avoid this hotel

The part is location of Hotel , and the staff.

The room are not maintained , walls are damage , painting are not proper. Need to repair entire room's.
