Für eine Nacht ok

Parksituation war gut

Leider waren trotz festgelegten Frühstückszeiten die Brötchen und warm-Speisen ausgegangen und es dauerte einige Zeit, bis frisch nachgelegt wurde.

Für ein Wochenende ausreichend

Das Personal war freundlich, alles in allem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war solide und ausreichend. Die Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels war sehr liebevoll gestaltet, wenn auch alles in allem recht dunkel gehalten. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend gross. Die Lage war für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen für ein Wochenende okay. Die Möglichkeit zum draussen sitzen fand ich sehr schön.

Die allgemeinen gestaffelten Essenszeiten waren doch recht unflexibel, wenn man zu spät kam wurde man böse angeschaut. Die Betten waren furchtbar, viel zu weich und durchgelegen.

First of all wase not explaines why there are 2 keys and i find out by my self when i so the guests are closing the entrance door,for 141 euros per night to step on the carpet and to cut your leg is not very nice and there is no one to complain as we needed to live very early,i have picture of the glas piecec finded on carpet in front of the bags and second of all full of spiders all over the room my son could not sleep because he have alergie by insects.

This hotel is the worst I've ever visited!! Everything in the room needs deep cleaning, no minibar, no air conditioning, all rooms are above the cafe, which is all day loud and annoying!!! The staff is impolite and they all have no respect. After 9 pm you can't find even a cup of coffee. After booking and paying, I was surprised there with additive payments for nothing!! Food is too bad!!! I've experienced better services for cheaper prices in many other places, and off course with full respect!! Pure waste of time and money, I would never go there again or anyone recommend!!

Superb

Very nice hotel in a quiet surrounding within walking distance to the city center. I enjoyed breakfast as well that was served in form of a buffet.

The only thing that annoyed me was a matress that was a little bit too soft for my liking. Otherwise, nothing to mention

A place to stay.

It is 1.8 km from the Alt Stadt. They do have dinner and a breakfast available. The smoking area, out front, with chairs was a welcome place.

Nothing comes to mind.

No WiFi, poor response

The location is good. And the rooms were ok.

It had no WiFi. In spite of emailing and personally requesting at the reception, there was no response. Three days without WiFi is not something we came prepared for and should have been informed to us earlier so that we booked elsewhere.

Don't go there, if you need to work from your room

Ok.

Lady at the reception (tattoes + lower lip piercing) was unpolite. The wifi did not work property at the room and I could not work nor check my email...

Hotel is ok but wouldn‘t stay there again

hotel is ok. staff ok. location good for cyclist going along the elbe. view of castle from the room in the background (although supermarket and car park in the foreground). draught beer was excellent

hotel had a very old fashioned feel about it. long bureaucratic check in. long waits for elevator. bathroom in room was tiny. no fridge or tea or coffee making facilities. (3 stars?). no airconditioning. loud fire doors in the corridor. german breakfast - bread rolls were horrible. the same rolls you bake at home in the oven. the basis for a good german breakfast are the rolls. shame as the rest of the breakfast was ok. evening meal - the food was like in a canteen not a in restaurant. tasted ok but things like overcooked or tinned veg reminded me of school dinners. they served up the worst tasting soup i‘ve ever had. leftover tinned peas with coconut. 🤮 the outside terrace was in the middle of a car park with cheap plastic furniture. the location - it was a good 30 minute to the town centre. in summary it was ok for the price but i would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Okayish hotel off the city cente - exactly what you would expect for that amount of money

Rooms were okayish, cleaniness, staff on reception etc. Rooms and furniture are ok as well - in overall in this hotel nothing stands off, exactly what you would expect for that amount of money

Hotel's location is the only weak side - it takes just too long to go to the city - better take bus, bike hire or go by car

Nice place

Great breakfast, great staff, reasonable location. They have a bike room, so it is possible to use this hotel when doing the Elbe bike tour.

We would appreciate a small fridge in the room.

Relaxing weekend in Meißen in December

Lovely place! Amazing view to the castle as we were at the last floor of the hotel. Staff was very helpful, letting us borrow an USB Charger for the duration of the trip. Room was large enough and cozy, bed comfortable and bathroom clean and warm. Incredible breakfast! Big variety of food and everything was delicious! Parking available just in front of the hotel.

Initially the room was not as warm as we'd wished it would be. Elevator appears to be too slow at peak times, for example in the morning when all people are using it and going down to the lobby to check-out.
