Also, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world is located 'down lake' from us a few miles...past the Parker Dam,the twisting and turning of the mighty Colorado River has etched its way into the land, creating some unbelievably beautiful canyons and high mountain backdrops, as it meanders along golf courses, camp sites, quaint marinas and happy vacationers en route. Vegas is 2 1/2 hours Northwest. The Colorado River town of Laughlin is only about 1 hour Northwest. The Parker Strip along the Colorado...past the lake and the Bill Williams River Reserve...begins about 25 minutes South of Lake Havasu City Around the corner from Downtown and 'Main Street' : Super quiet street located a 4 minute walk to downtown Havasu and our 'Main Street' area on McCulloch. Walk to Lake, London Bridge, amusement area under and next to the bridge, marina and restaurants. Please ask us for any thing you might need in the home. Internet is available for a small fee. Our group was very happy with our stay. Terry was a great host and was very quick to reply to all questions and concerns. I understand that the agreement Terry requires you to sign can seem daunting and over the top, I understand why he asks this of his guests to protect his property. This property is in wonderful condition and he does not ask too much of the guests.
I give this place a 5 star for cleanliness, centrally located (super close to the London bridge). Highly recommend staying here!

Our family vacations to Lake Havasu a few times every year from San Diego. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, nice pool, and jacuzzi. Terry was great to work with. Very easy check in and not time consuming at all. His customer service is as professional as it could be in an era where good customer service is too often forgotten about. I highly recommend this home to any family of 8-10.

Short walk to Main Street with restaurants and bars, house needs small updates but clean and comfortable except 4th small room had a pull out uncomfortable mattress that after talking to Terry said he was going to be replaced.
A nice upgrade would be a Keyless entry lock..

Super clean, and one of the best stocked properties we’ve stayed in with a perfect location close to everything. Communication with the Host was very responsive and helpful. The house had plenty of room for all of us and everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool and spa where our favorite and they got plenty of use! We will definitely consider staying here again.

The pool and gated back yard were such a blessing along with the garage. We did play billiards and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It was a great space for 6 adults and three small children. It was great to have the ability to do laundry. Do note that it is an older home and things are showing wear and tear.
If bed size is important to you also note there is a king bed but the other two rooms are doubles not queens as listed.
Terry responded quickly to all questions and his list of things to do around Lake Havasu was very much appreciated.

We had a great time the house was clean and very spacious and Mr. Terry was nice.
The internet service was slow and Wi-Fi was not included. We did ask but we weren’t willing to pay. It’s was ok we were at the river most of our stay.

We were a group of 7 and the house was perfect for us. The property owner is a wonderful person. Very accommodating and easy to contact.

Great location, great renter
This location is great for a visit to Havasu, the 4 minute drive to the London Bridge, perfect position to the best eating locations in town, and overall location makes visit easy to enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Terrys house supplied with all you need for a comfortable stay and my family and I will be booking again.

Great Getaway
Location was great. Walking distance from downtown or the English Village where London Bridge is. Plenty of space with great patio area for cookouts and relaxing in the hot tub. Terry was a great host only a phone call away.

The pool is great...clean and large enough for tubes and such. We never used the hot tub as the temperature was between 110-120 the entire time we were in Lake Havasu. Same for the pool table...it was just too hot.
A couple of the ladies took a walk in the morning (before 6am because of the temps and said the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is definitely within walking distance to London Bridge and all the sights. There's also a grocery store just up the street which was very helpful.
The house was fairly clean. We did see a few cobwebs but they were up high. The master bathroom tub/shower was an interesting concept however the grout is pretty old and yucky. The sheets on the master had 2 holes in them. The TVs weren't easy to figure out but the owner responded quickly and helped us out. Although there wasn't much available to watch. We wished they all had Netflix capabilities but only the one in the master did so even though we stayed inside a lot we didn't watch much tv.
The kitchen had most necessary items although it was quite chaotic. Nothing (except the tableware and silverware) really seemed to be in the correct place so we did a lot of hunting and searching. I think some organization and probably some labels would be very helpful.
We loved the ability to use the garage and pull up right to the door. The car didn't get unbearably hot since it was inside.
Terry was a great host and the house was nice and worked for our group but we don't have a need/desire to return to Lake Havasu.

This property suited the needs of our small family gathering, very well. Terry was very responsive, patient, and understanding when it came to our questions and request. The only drawback (which is more an issue of the layout of the town) is the proximity of properties to the water. The pool made up for this!

The owner sent me the wrong address in my contract. I paid a early check in fee just to be sent to a dirty house. I unpacked all my items and had to to repack because Terry sent me the wrong address. There is terrible service in the house so you have to pay for wifi if you want to use your phone. The second bathroom shower doesn’t drain at all and there is a bunch of gunk and hair stuck in the drain. You literally shower in your filth. After the first day everyone used the master bath to shower. The beds are awful and hard as rocks. The couches seem like they are meant for short people and very uncomfortable. You can’t wear shoes in the house but the carpet inside is filthy dirty and has zero padding it’s like walking on concrete. The AC unit in the bedroom where the laundry room is awful. It’s so loud you can hardly sleep it sounds like an airplane. Overall the stay was crappy. Definitely don’t recommend this house. The house sleeps 12 according to the site but if you book for 10 and try to add two people ahead of time he will try and charge you. Seems like he’s just trying to charge you for anything it’s ridiculous.

Great Location
The house was perfect for our group & the location was great. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pool & backyard as much as we wanted to because we spent most of our time at the lake boating. Terry was a great host. Answered all our questions immediately. Hopefully the house is available when we come back to Lake Havasu.
