Proximity to the waterfront. Access to the carpark and disabled access was really good. Thank goodness for the fan in the room as it was a warm night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning too. Highly recommend a stay.

Excellent location for Railway, Ferries and Harbourside.
Deluxe king room. Very large and nicely furnished.
Carpet looked like a crime scene. Arrived at night and looked like blood on floor in various places.
We actually didn’t want to walk on it in bare feet. Was informed in morning it was wine stained and wouldn’t come out.
We weren’t convinced. Carpet needs replacing.
