Wir haben nicht erwartet, zu einem solchen Preis so komfortabel zu wohnen. Das Landgut, gelegen auf einem Hügel, ist kein steriler Ort, sondern lebhaft und wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und der Gastgeber ist um jedes Detail bemüht. Je nachdem, wonach man sucht, findet man hier sowohl Privatsphäre als auch die Gelegenheit für den Kontakt mit anderen Gästen. Es gibt keinen Haken.
Die Küche hätte ein klein wenig besser ausgestattet sein können, war aber völlig ausreichend, um sich zu versorgen.

As we were driving in from the main road I thought for a moment we were driving through the Nairobi national park until i saw the cypress, olives and vineyards.
The cottage at the end of the road fulfilled our expectations. We had hoped for a place to enable us combine pooldays, beach days and cultural days. Good buy gave us more than that. The exciting daytrips to the beach through those curvy roads are memorable. SanGimignano gave us picturesque views and gelato. We even made it to Firenze with our teenagers!
Paolo is a very good host who made sure the facilities we well cared for, especially the pool. We especially admired the way Roberta interacted with the guests. It was indeed a good buy and we are definitely going back again.
The beds definitely need new mattresses. Mosquito nets for the doors and windows will make the hot nights more pleasant

Tolle Lage inmitten von Oliverhainen. Sehr ruhig. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilft sofort bei jeder Anfrage. Der Pool ist prima zum Entspannen und Abkühlen.
