We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. There was so much to see and do. Our daughter Charlotte was having a wonderful time playing in the sand and surf. A lot of memorable locations were within a quick twenty minute walk. The people we met in the neighborhood were friendly, both locals and vacationers. We would be happy to rent out the Condo again. Please let’s stay in touch.

This was a great little spot. The condo was easy to get to and is a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very quiet at night too. I had a question when I arrived and Josie responded to me right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space and a short walk to the boardwalk. I am a bit of a neat freak and don’t mind spending a little more money for nicer place to stay. Having said that, the condo was not cleaned very well. I ran the vacuum shortly after we arrived. The bathroom floor, tub and molding were dirty. Hair on the tub walls and floors. What I assume was a towel hook to the left of the bathroom sink was missing and there are holes in the wall from the screws. I know it’s the beach and things get tracked inside but I thought you would want to know about the cleanliness issue.

My family loved this cozy condo. Short walk to the beach and laundromat. Had everything we needed appliance wise. We also loved the availability of the umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards.

Great condo! Perfect location inbetween the bay & boardwalk. Very accommodating, allowing us to park the motorcycles in the rear lot instead of the gravel lot. Josie is a wonderful host with a lot of information for whatever you're looking for. It was like talking to an old friend. Thank you again Josie!!

My daughter had a soccer game and this place was perfect for our one night stay. It was close to food and fun and had everything we needed. The owners were amazing and made everything super easy for us! Would definitely come back!

Nice little apartment/condo near the water. Went on the off season so things were calm and quiet. The owners were flexible with scheduling as it was off-season. I had some issues on my end come up last minute and they were more than helpful. Property does not come with linens or towels. This is listed in the description, I had just glossed over it. I did get a welcome email prior to the trip clearly stating this and since I was driving from home it wasn't a big issue. I don't know if this is a holdover from Covid? Either way, if you're flying in just something to keep in mind. Outside of complex looks a bit beaten down but inside all was spotless and brand new. Ample room in kitchen. Perfect.

Josie and her husband were the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with. They are kind, considerate people. Very gregarious and easy to reach. Josie responded immediately to every question I had. They were eager to assist with anything we needed. They take pride in their beautifully decorated rental property and they put great effort into insuring we had a wonderful stay. My husband and I will absolutely be reaching out to them again to stay at their lovely beach property. I highly recommend staying there if you are planning a trip in Ocean Cuty, MD. Great location, great rental, great hosts.

OCMD is always our summer go to. This was our first time at this property and it was perfect! Away from the traffic & loud noise. Cute and nicely setup to accommodate myself, husband and our 2 kids. The pool was a big hit since the waves were a bit much this year.

Great location! Easy walk to the boardwalk/beach, laundry and convenience stores. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The inside of the unit was a little underwhelming, but we were out and about so much and barely there. The cleanliness of the unit - needs big improvement. I spent the first hour of our arrival cleaning. Bedroom wall stains, dried up juice on the cabinets and dressers, lamp shades coated with dust (I meant to send the owner pictures). Used wash rag left behind on the tub. Curtains falling off, cracked decor. The cleaning crew definitely didn’t mop the unit before our arrival. The floor was so sandy, the kids feet were black within minutes of running around and playing. Couches were sandy as well. But the unit was cozy enough for our family and again, we were barely there. I can’t stress enough how great the location is.

The property has a great location, it's 2 blocks from the beach and a block from the bay, which gives you access to all the fun of the boards and with beautiful sunsets off the bay. The unit was well appointed, modern and clean, it's very clear that the owners take great pride in their property and go above / beyond with proactive communication and tips throughout the stay. Will definitely be renting again!

I'm so glad I found this gem. Just a few short blocks to the boardwalk or bayside. The condo is large, clean, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and both TVs are already set up for streaming movies through Roku. The kitchen and bathroom look like they've been recently renovated; everything is very modern. Loved the wine fridge. The building even looks great from the outside and it's quiet in the evenings. I'll always choose this place when visiting OC in the future and I'll definitely recommend it to friends. I had to contact the owners a couple of times (via text and phone) and they always responded immediately. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Cute little place in the active end of town! Just three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Place looks just as pictured online. Neat and clean. Owner was great to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns.

Was close to the beach which was good having a toddler.. we asked for an early check in which we got and were grateful for. Said it would most likely be ready by 1pm and was ready by 11am.. I would’ve rather waited for the regular check in because the place was not clean. We had to vacuum what seemed to be mud off of the carpet in the living area, the curtains and rods were torn off of the walls, the appliances were filthy, none of the counters were wiped off, got in the shower and it would not drain so I had to clean out the drain and the amount of hair I got out of the drain was completely disgusting and the same goes with the bathroom sink drain which I refused to clean out. I went on vacation to enjoy myself not clean up after others. There were stains on the mattress covers, the microwave door was falling off, and I understand pot is legal there but we had to air out our room numerous times because of the pot smell which isn’t good with teenagers and a toddler. The stuff was peeling off of the coffee table.. dishes on the cupboards were still dirty.. like I stated it was close to beach which was good but I didn’t want to spend my first day having to clean.. I would have rather waited for regular check in..

Clean. Up to date appliances, furniture and fixtures. Property manager was super friendly and prompt with response’s. The beds were so comfortable! TVs were big! That’s always a plus at the beach! Beautiful view of the bay and steps away from boardwalk & beach! We loved it! Thank you for the hospitality!

Only a 10 min walk to the boardwalk and beach. Bars restaurants all close by ubers we're less than 10$ for everywhere we went.
