While outwith Kyoto's main centre, the hotel has good transport links via train and metro. Staff provided a good welcome and ongoing service and the hotel was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of buffet options and very nicely presented.
We had a room with two single beds which for us made the room feel more cramped than it would have down had it just a king size bed.

It was a very nice hotel. I really like how close it was to the train station
It is a little far from the main area of Kyoto, but it still very charming
$$$$
