Located right next to Sannenzaka and just 5 minutes from Kiyomizu-dera, this accommodation was the perfect base for our exploration of Kyoto. It was close to a bus stop connecting Gion to Kyoto station, so moving around the town was convenient. The room was of decent size even for 3 adults, beds super comfortable, and the surroundings very quiet despite the accommodation being in a very touristy area. Overall, we are quite satisfied and would definitely come back again!
The only thing that could've been better is the toilet size. If I were to really nitpick, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes while showering. Other than that, everything was truly amazing.

Il letto singolo era una brandina con un materasso sottilissimo . Il tutto molto scomodo. La testata in stoffa del letto matrimoniale era piena di macchie. Il condizionatore non funzionava (cosa che andrebbe controllata periodicamente) , perciò la prima notte abbiamo sentito freddo . Abbiamo chiesto due coperte in più e ce ne hanno portata solo uno . I fornelli non funzionavano e quindi non potevamo nemmeno fare una bevanda calda . Buona la pulizia del bagno , della camera no
