Loved the hotel! The room was extremely spacious and very clean.

Quiet, large room, close to transport and a short walk to all the great food spots in Pontocho alley and Nishiki Market. Can also walk to Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomisu-Dera. Room had a washing machine but no dryer, there was however a drying rack. Would stay here again. Staff helped us with transferring our luggage and were always helpful.

Great room and amenities. Has everything you need; kitchen and excellent washer, comfy toilet and a bathtub/ shower, AC, a nice and spacious bed.
Also the staff! They are truly the best, amazing service from the cleaners to the receptionist.
We had zero issues with the room, it was perfect and silent.
