Fantastic location - not too close but not too far from everything. Lovely clean apartment, spacious room. Great amenities - fridge, washer and dryer
A bit hard to get fresh air in, but the apartment is well ventilated anyway.

This apartment had everything we needed - we felt so comfortable and at home, and it was based in the perfect area to explore Gion and the rest of Kyoto. It was incredibly clean & the facilities available were great. We loved having access to a washer/dryer in our own apartment, for example. The staff were friendly & helpful over message, but as it is an apartment we didn't meet in person.
The only negative we found was that the windows were very thin and there was a lot of traffic noise. I used ear plugs and this helped a lot.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff helped me with the washing machine when I couldn’t figure it out.
The common spaces were ridiculously hot and there was a tanuki statue I had to reach over to do the check-in paperwork. Poor guy got rained on by my sweat.

Extremely good value for the money, both the cheapest and the most complete accommodation during our stay in Japan. Washing machine, stove, fridge, microwave, the amenities are very satisfying. Great location as well, close to Yasaka temple.
No staff on location, and they did not answer our message on booking.com in time. However the check in instruction was clear.
