We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The location is perfect, with easy access to temples, restaurants, shops. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The staff were outstanding—efficient, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and they made us feel very welcome.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the amazing massage chair in the room. After long days of walking around Kyoto, being able to relax in the massage chair was an absolute luxury and made our stay even more special.
Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely have no complaints. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable! ❤️🇯🇵

The hotel was very clean and had several useful amenities. There is a Starbucks on the main floor for a morning coffee and snack.
The nearest train station was a few minute iwalking away and bus stops are outside the building. The location couldn’t be better for shops, food , market and a few temples and shrines also within walking distance.

The room was spotless. We booked one room and since it was 3 of us they gave us an extra room no charge for one of us. The Apa hotel is in Gion, right in the middle of everything, we highly recommended
