With one exception, everything about this house was very nice and as expected. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and dining areas were great for a larger group. Having the living room and game room both adjacent to the kitchen was very nice. Coordinating with the property manager was effortless and she was very helpful.
The TVs seemed older and we could not see how to screen cast or access any streaming services on any of them. There are lots of channels on the Cox Cable but if you want to share media or stream you should bring a good laptop and HDMI cable.
Otherwise, we loved everything about this house.

We had a family trip with plenty of room for all three of our young families.

The house was nice, but not as “luxurious “ as we had expected. Kitchen ware was mismatched and scratched, frankly stuff I’d have thrown out a year earlier. Hot tub never worked despite our asking twice what could be done to make it warm. And we were given one roll of paper towels for a two week stay. Just sort of felt like they had our money, so why bother trying to please us.
Despite these few negative things the house was roomy, in a good neighborhood, and convenient for us. I will never go back there but also won’t tell anyone else not to use it as it worked out okay all in all.

We rented the property for a family vacation. We had eight adults and six children (all under the age of 6). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well. The pool and spa were an extra added benefit however we did have to pay extra to get the water at a comfortable temperature for all to swim in the pool. The location was convenient. We would rent this property again.

Everything was as in the pictures and the location was great. The only 2 minor issues we had was that the water in the hot tub was luke warm at best even when turning on and lack of towels but we made do. Everything else was great!

Arizona Family Trip
Loved the house, especially the backyard. Location was also good. The house worked well with our family as far as privacy if we wanted it. Loved the kitchen for cooking. Could use more small appliances, we bought a hand mixer and donated to the house, also could use some updates as far as painting. Door to the backyard took some getting used to as you had to turn the door knob opposite of the way you would normally open it. All in all very happy with the house!

Spring Break Fun!
Enjoyed the roomy house and loved the nice heated pool and great hot tub. Nice and quiet neighborhood and the kids had fun at the basketball court and park just a few steps down the street. Very close to Cave Creek and hiking trails and a great water park.

Family Winter Vacation
It was a great property with everyone in our group able to have their own room!! The pool & hot tub were awesome. Might be a good idea to update the house manual as there were a few things that were obsolete so made it a bit interesting when we 1st arrived!! Would definitely stay here again, a great relaxing place to spend with family!!

Beautiful Clean Home great for families!
This house is Large and great for families! Very clean, nice neighborhood, property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful!!! A few criticisms though, 1. The home wasn’t stocked very well with towels and of those that were available to use, many were tattered. 2. Lots of little things broken or not working around the house, needs a little TLC around the edges from the owners, mostly small stuff but noticeable.
Beyond that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location. Grocery stores and food nearby. It’s about roughly 30 mins from central Phoenix and Scottsdale. Golf courses are around the same. If you don’t mind the drive in exchange for a quiet neighborhood and sanctuary from the bustling city, I would highly recommend this place. The pool is always great in this weather. Communication from the property management was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We will be back soon!

I had actually miscalculated the amount of bedrooms. There were two bedrooms on the lower floor and they were perfectly suited for the three older members of our group not to have to tackle the stairs. One was a master with full bath. The convenience of them being able to bathe downstairs was a plus. The powder room, the dining area with pool table. The massive kitchen allowed all of us to be in there at the same time if we chose to.
The pool area was absolutely great. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy the pool one full day. It rained the remainder of the days we were there. We certainly enjoyed it fully that day well into the night. The fire pit, the hot tub, the whole ambience of the outdoor area was wonderful. We didn’t use the grill, but there is a sink and mini fridge.
The upstairs master suite was simply beautiful. The bathroom is simply beautiful and there is also a balcony overlooking the pool area. There were three bedrooms other bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Also one of my cousins is a CEO and she was able to conduct a Zoom meeting in the office space area in the hall down from the bedrooms.
Everyone slept well and we thoroughly enjoyed time together in the living room/family room. The property/management company were very responsive to any questions that I may have had prior to arriving. They always responded immediately. Very professionally.
We shed tears upon our departure from one another and also the beautiful blessed space in which we shared with one another.

First of all this property was rented before COVID and we could not get our money back even though there was COVID travel restrictions. We had to move this property to 2021. Overall this property was nice, however for the cost it did not meet expectations. We arrived to the property with housekeeping still there until 5 pm. Air conditioner on 85 with an outside temp of 117. Didn’t cool off until next morning. Refrigerator turned on just before arrival so our groceries we picked up had to be put in a purchased ice chest until morning. We called HÁZ thinking it was broken but had no response from a maintenance man for 3 days. This property is supposed to sleep 14 but only had 7 towels, 3 wash cloths, 3 hand towels and 2 dish towels. We washed twice a day to keep up. There were lights out in nearly every room. The floors were filthy. TVs did not operate, broken blinds in nearly every room. Boasts putt putt but no putters. Has a pool table but only one pool cue that was not broken. Also had missing knobs on cabinets, the jacuzzi in master bath did not work and had standing water in baths while showering. BBQ pit doesn’t work properly. So would never spend this kind of money again through VRBO.

This is a beautiful home and property that is located in a quiet, well kept, gated community. It’s an easy 25 minute drive north of the airport and it’s location makes it great for a day trip to Sedona and any surrounding areas of Phoenix. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for your family to spread out. The backyard pool and spa and outdoor grilling area are wonderful for family time and just enjoying the outdoors. The downside to this property is that it needs maintenance. I feel the owner should take some pride in his property and shut the house down from rentals for a week or two and bring the house back to life. There are so many items that need to be addressed. Light bulbs out in bathrooms, bedrooms, and one on the staircase. Master bathroom toilet runs for 15 mins after flushing. The upstairs thermostat is almost ready to fall off the wall. The master bedroom screen door is just laying on the upstairs patio. Towel bar in upstairs hall bathroom is gone from the wall and only the brackets remain. Downstairs master bathroom is missing a mat for the tub which makes showering very slippery (upstairs bathroom has a mat). Range hood in kitchen has missing knobs and lights. Refrigerator has broken shelves. Kitchen cabinets have either missing knobs or they are very loose. Pool table has pool cues but only two of them have tips, the rest are all broken off. Outdoor patio furniture is either loose or missing screws. There are at least two umbrella holders but no umbrellas, not like the picture in the listing. Only one outdoor kitchen barstool remains. Outdoor kitchen sink is very slow to drain. Only one outdoor speaker works and it’s seems to have a short in it, music cuts in and out constantly. The house appears clean on arrival but if you wipe any floors or surfaces you will find that it’s not being cleaned properly. Many wash cloths and paper towels would be black after wiping a surface. Doesn’t seem acceptable when you are paying a $498 cleaning fee. Pool had algae on the bottom in one corner that just needed to be scrubbed but the pool maintenance man completely overlooked it. Some of these issues were brought up in a previous review written in May and obviously they have not been addressed. At the price point you are paying for this property, I truly feel the owner could reinvest some of the money back into this home and make it something to be proud of and worth the rental fee.
