The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pool area was never overcrowded.
Some items on breakfast buffet could be replenished more quickly.

Great location , great staff, great breakfast!
Only one lift for such a large hotel , frustrating for anyone on higher floors .

Clean hotel
Staff not very friendly. I made an error on my booking ( 1 adult and a child, instead of 1 adult and a teenager) and they charged me an additional 200 euros for the same room. Absolute rip off
