Uma autêntica porcaria

A rua onde estava situado

Alguns Funcionários, em especial Julia e a chefa Maria. Pão do dia anterior no restaurante. Muito degradado para ser 4 estrelas. Quase um 3 estrelas diria eu.

Location - playa de Palma is not a pleasant area of Mallorca - not the hotel's fault, obviously, but unless you're on a stag/hen do type holiday, stay clear...

Perfect position in Playa de Palma

We spent one night here and checked into our standard twin room with ease. Welcome cocktails were provided while we sorted out the paperwork and keys at the reception. There is a limited number of parking lots in front of the hotel but free whole day off-street parking is available in the neighbourhood along Carrer de Villagarcia de Arosa. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beach which is only 400m away and 6 minutes on foot to Balneario 9. Alternatively, you could use the rather inviting swimming pool out in the front. Another advantage of staying here is the proximity to Palma de Mallorca Airport (5 km away or 7 minutes’ drive). Excellent buffet breakfast is served with a wide range of choices. Our allocated room (No. 105) is compact but modern with air-conditioning. Being on Level 1, it is also very close to the breakfast room and there is easy access via the stairs to the ground floor (no need to wait for the lift).

Room 105 does not have any nice views as it is too low. Given a preference, we would have chosen the higher floors in this twelve-storey hotel. Otherwise, it has been a near perfect accommodation.

Adults only, we were there in September and it was always quiet by the lovely pool. 2 minute walk to the beach. The place is spotless, they keep it so clean. The staff a very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, including egg station for fresh omelette or fried egg.. Also a coffee station with barrista. It is a German area but that's why I chose it, lovely people 👍

Good hotel in many way

Friendly staff, nice room with small balcony and good breakfast. Air condition is good. At room was waterbottle, possibility to make tea or coffee and what the best: fridge. The hotel has own pool and also beach was near. The bus stop to Palma and airport is near. It takes about 35 min. go to Palma and also same time to airport by bus. Taxi to airport was about 20€ and takes only about 10 min.

The staff was very friendly, communicative and sweet. Also extra point for the cleanliness. The food was more exceptional than I thought and the prices at the bar are quite appealing.

Great option in Mallorca!

Breakfast was fantastic, we got a welcome drink right after arriving, staff working at the restaurant were super kind, and it’s close to the airport, beach and the capital.

My friends and I had a great time here, the location was everything

Location was excellent, very close to beach, bars , shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The aircon wasn't very strong, like a light breeze, didn't cool you down.

It was an adults only hotel, but there was no ambience, no music played by the pool, there was no food to buy, couldn't have a snack or lunch by the pool, there was a QR code that said you can look at the menu, but nothing came up upon scanning. The ground around the pool is pretend grass, plastic, so extremely hot under foot.

Okay hotel, nothing special, it's a place to lay your head and be near the beach

We weren't looking for a luxury hotel or anything and we wanted something close to the beach. The hotel is just "okay". The rooms are minimal. You are a 3 minute walk from the beach and they have bikes on-site which is nice. Front desk can get you a cab very quickly (even for a super early flight). It's just a basic, 3-star hotel experience.

We found a huge cockroach in our bathroom one night. Our room was located in the "annex" and the walls were paper thin. We could hear our neighbor snoring. They could hear us unpacking/talking late at night after a middle-of-the-night check-in and got upset with us. There are also weird rules - we got reprimanded for eating our own food in the lobby. Apparently you can't eat in a common area unless the food was purchased at the hotel. You can drink by the pool but only on a chair, you can't have a drink in your hand if you're sitting on the edge of the pool.
