Perfect hotel with noisy guests in August

Staff is pretty nice, the quality for the price is good. The location is perfect. There are plenty of facilities.

Although the hotel is very good and the location is perfect to go to the beach, it's also true that this area/zone is very noisy, because there is a lot (a lot) of people that drink all day long and goes to the parties all night long. So, if you want a peaceful space to chill out in August, I wouldn't recommend this area.

Be careful about abusive receptionists.

The cleanliness were actually good and the room were correct. I liked the balcony and the bed that were comfy. The view were also actually correct.

Despite the comfy and fancy elements, the receptionists were very rude and were willing to abuse of tourists, by, for example, asking money to them, pretending to have a tourist fee to pay in cash only. When I’ve been asking that, I showed some surprise and the receptionist immediately cancelled what he was asking for, which proves that this was making absolutely no sense.

Everything was ok and the staff was very kind and helpful

I didn't like the location because of the young people who spend holidays in the hotel and nearby, often doing noise, foolishness, drinking too much alcohol. The hotel is rather for young people who want to make party! Otherwise the hotel was good, very clean and the breakfast was ok. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach

Good compromise for a relaxing holiday

The hotel's staff is always very friendly and available to help. The position is great both for the beach (5 mins walking) and for the connection to Palma via bus (either 25 or 23) Breakfast with a lot of choices from sweet to salty!

The doors closing system is noisy so you can always hear when someone leaves the room. Once I had a towel that was not properly clean (several black stains) Two times the cleaning staff left something in the room: once the trashbag and the second cleaning products

It’s really a nice hotel however, with good service. There was a big variety in the breakfast. A lot of different dishes

The service from the staff from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were excellent. Dina and Fauc were the best and service minded. They knew how to handle the situation even under pressure. I will definitely come back and stay.

I didn’t like especially a group of people who come back drunk and played loud music while we tried to sleep. Then the receptionist a tall gentleman wearing glasses, very rude, impolite to the guests and his fellow workmates. He shouldn’t be in the hospitality branch because that’s not how customer service is handled.

Great room and pool, but troubles with Wi-Fi

Spacious room with great balcony! Pool area looks a lot better than in the pictures

Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent

Booking.com website clearly states that this hotel does not allow stag or hen nights, this was a deciding factor in our booking. On arrival we walked into a stag night and a hen night party going on at same time. Around 12 girls in one end of pool and 12 boys at other end. Both groups from Germany and both groups were friendly towards us as an elderly couple. We were though surprised that in just one hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on the night we stayed at the hotel we witnessed one of the boys in the stag group try to " do a runner" from the taxi that droppped him off at the hotel only to be tackled to the ground by the taxi driver and then taken back to the taxi by our receptionist to pay his bill. We then watched as 3 seperate young men from the group entered the hotel completly drunk and stagger to the lift. One ended up on the floor for around 15 minutes before he could finally get to his feet. Finally another young man from the stag night pleaded with the receptionist to give him the room number of his boyfriend as he had forgetton it. He was refused helpthen went on to make a scene until he was evenutally helped. As we were on the 7th floor our night was fairly quite once we had gone for sleep. .......so be warned this hotel regulary accepts stag and hen nights!

Good location but noisy

Great location, very close to beach and bars and restaurants. Decent facilities and nice rooms. Good value for money.

Quite a loud hotel, a lot of noise during the night from other guests. Bed was not comfortable. Had an unpleasant member of staff check me in.

Very nice clean Hotel with good facilities within short distance of beach.

Very Good Breakfast. Great selection of hot and cold buffet. pool area was good with plenty of beds. Upper terrace area was well arranged and very clean. Hotel bar and food very good. Used the luggage room on vacating which was very helpful. Staff very good. Arranged taxis for us. Close proximity to shops and within easy walk of the beachfront.

Could have done with some chairs next to the pool beds. Only one lift and with restricted numbers, so waiting for the lift was quite long.

- reception was friendly & helpful & speaks EN too. - Very good breakfast buffet for the price. - Hotel allows to safekeep your bag and have you take a shower before or after check-in, as long as its the same day. - you can borrow umbrella's against a deposit and extra towels are EUR 2.- for rent. - Can pay by cash or debit card. - great location in 7 minutes you are at the nearest beach which has all bars, restaurants & shops along the coast. - The outdoor pool is fantastic, with its own bar where you can pick up your drinks.

Bad customer service, small room, no great view. Just go if you need a quick stay of 5 days

Nothing. Just closed to the airport and you can park outside your car. DO NOT USED THE PARKING FROM THE HOTEL. There are parking spot outside Check out is at noon so it is nice. It’s clean, there were always cleaning when I left the room. The pool is convenable but I didn’t go there.

- Horrible Customer service : not friendly at all. I was speaking in English and the guy from the reception was mixing it with English and German. When I arrived for the check-in, I was first, then I think regular German customer came after me . I definitely felt that he was rushing me to handle the others. The indication regarding the card that you have to put in your room to activate the electricity where not indicated during check in. - Breakfast was included. You just need to give your room number. On my last day, The woman was very unfriendly, like I told her to check the list, as I came everyday before and she called someone. She didn’t call someone for others client but just checkin the list. I had the breakfast included in my booking. It’s not the best food but it is nice to have something before your left the hotel - Noise : Not from the others clients but there is a terrible noise in the room. It was not the air conditioner cause I turned it on to cover the terrible noise that kept me awake

The room was clean. But I don't recommend it for families with kids if you want a calm places to stay. There were pretty many people partying and drinking around.
