I am a return visitor here. We stayed here several years ago and have never managed to book again. This property is always fully booked. It is very popular. It is exactly what we need. Clean, with a pool, adults only and a sensible clientele of people that cause no trouble and make no noise. Our suite had two balconies, which was just perfect. I also have to commend all the staff in the hotel, especially the reception team, the breakfast team and Cristina the housekeeper. The service is second to none, everybody is so friendly, speaks German and deals with any enquiry so quickly. The housekeeping is of a fantastic standard. We were so happy with everything and we will return.
It’s a bit pricey, but we wanted it. So we paid it.

Fantastic and friendly staff, great welcome and support throughout. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent facilities. Good location, two minutes to beautiful beach. One of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. Great spread with daily variations.

The beach front was great! The facilities were mostly clean and looked nice.
The staff was consistently rude and not helpful. One individual told us they could help us call a taxi in the morning and when we went to ask the front desk employee working the next morning she was rude and refused to help. Similarly, any time we asked a question of the front desk, they were rude and told us they could not help or gave us very little information. We would not recommend staying here.
In addition, it is expensive and time consuming to get to the city or prettier parts of the island. The restaurants and stores nearby are very expensive for low quality food and service.
