The location was excellent and it was an old style motel and you could park right outside the room for free. The bed was comfortable and the linens nice. The room was clean. The young men in the office were very helpful.
The room was old and simple. Literally, no frills, no extra toiletries, no bottled water. The $400+ per night was steep for what you got.

I liked the cleanliness and the amount of beds for the guests we had. I also liked proximity to the beach.
I did not like that there was no breakfast included for the price. I also did not like that there was no pool accessible for the price. There were no water bottles in the room and it was an extremely hot day.
