Naturalis is a fascinating place to explore Atacama. We really liked our stay here.
The hotel staff are really attentive and very easy to communicate with. They are available all the time via WhatsApp – issue in the room, want a takeaway breakfast, want to order something for dinner to be prepared once you arrive – just WhatsApp them and it will be done. Never before have we experienced this kind of fast and effective communication in a hotel. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage (force majore things can happen anywhere anytime) – the hotel managed to restore power within a reasonable time.
Each room is a separate little house, with dominant natural materials, and the style blends in to the desert very well. The place itself is clearly really loved by the owners. Attention to details can be seen almost everywhere – starting with the garden and finishing with the rooms. For example, on the arrival they provide more than 5 liters of water in the room – it is really considerate, since you arrive after a long flight, are dehydrated, and tired to go to the store right away to buy water. Another example – they provide cleaning cloths for shoes in the room, which is quite useful in Atacama.
Food was really tasty. During breakfast you feel more like you are having breakfast in a restaurant rather than at a standard hotel breakfast. For example, many egg options are available – you just tell them what you want and they prepare it for you. For the dinner, every single dish we tried was amazing. We especially liked their Naturalis dessert – congrats to the recipe author! Their tea/coffee area is also available 24/7.
In summary, we really liked this hotel and would gladly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly, caring, and respectful. Also, really helpful with tips for touristic attractions and places to eat. The breakfast was great, both buffet and a la carte options.
The bikes they offer could be better, they did not recommended them for any biking route except for short ride to San Pedro, which still has rough terrains to cross by... We did not test them though, since we were strongly recommended not to!
