About this condo rental
Situated in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $360 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo located on the North End of Carolina Beach. Direct access to Freeman Park and the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier, prime surfing spots, and one of the best beaches on the island. Large, open oceanfront deck is perfect for people watching and catching that beautiful Carolina Beach sunrise. The Master bedroom has queen size bed and attached bath...each guest room has a queen size bed and share a bath. Unit sleeps six in beds, eight with the use of provided queen size air mattress. Unit has one car garage parking and outdoor parking for up to two additional vehicles. Pets accepted with $100 pet fee. All reservations (except monthly rentals) include our linen package at no additional cost. The linen package includes all bedding, personal towel sets for each guest, beach towels, bath mats, and a kitchen towel set. Entertainment - Highspeed dedicated Wi-Fi at North Star condo. There is a large screen TV in the living room, and a smaller TV in the Master Bedroom. Both have cable TV. The TV in the living room is a smart TV and comes pre-loaded with streaming apps and internet Television stations. In addition to our full linen package, we provide all rentals with starter rolls of toilet paper, a liquid hand soap dispenser at each sink, 2 dishwasher cleaning tabs, and trash bags in each can. Each property has a vacuum, Swiffer mop, a bottle of multi-purpose cleaning spray, and a set of cleaning rags (you are not required to clean, but these items are there if you do need them). You will need to bring personal toiletry items (soap shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, etc.), food and condiments, additional paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, Kleenex, trash bags, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, etc. This property comes stocked with a small supply of beach equipment...4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and kids sand toys. These items are there for your use during your stay. Property requires seven night stay during peak season, Sunday to Sunday. If still available less than 1 week out, dates may be reserved for stays shorter than 1 week (usually 3/4 night minimum). Hurricane Policy - At no additional cost to you, all Sun Coast Vacation Rentals reservations include our Hurricane Protection Plan. If your property is subject to a mandatory evacuation order for any reason, you will receive a prorated refund for rent and taxes for any unused nights that the order is in effect. We really loved this location and place. The atmosphere was awesome. Loved being right on beach. I’m a Jeep driver with a North end pass and loved it was literally outside my door. Coming with ample parking for my oversized jeep is great and having a garage is a place for storing my windows. Bummed it’s not open any more on my upcoming trips but hope to stay again soon.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location. Up front about the amount of stairs. They have updated some of the furnishing so they no longer have twin beds in one bed room (which we preferred. ) There is different furniture on the porch than in the pictures. Only down side was I was unable to get the tub to fill (could have been user error!) thanks for the hospitality and a great stay!

This was our first time in Carolina Beach and what a great place to visit. The views from the deck was incredible. The location was less busy on the beach and right next to a great pier bar. The place was updated, clean, and great decorating style.

Property does not look good from the outside, but this condo was super nice inside. Lots of items in the kitchen, spacious rooms and wonderful views from both sides!. The deck facing the ocean is really big! Nice to be close to Freeman Park to take our dog on a walk to the beach. We didn't like the big rocks at the end of the walkway, made it hard when you have all your beach gear. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

This was our first trip to NC. It was a great place and very relaxing. They had towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and an umbrella. All we needed to bring was ourselves and food. It was pet-friendly but didn't smell at all like animals. The first time we brought our dog on vacation in 12 years and he loved it. Just one thing to mention, I didn't realize the place was on the fourth floor and it doesn't have an elevator. I must have overlooked that in the description. It can be a challenge for someone who has difficultly walking upstairs there are several flights to walk up. However, for us, we actually really enjoyed the extra exercise and the great view. Overall a terrific place. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We hope to vacation there again in the near future.

We were so lucky to find this property right on the beach for our 2 families and 2 dogs. The space was comfortable equipped with everything we needed, including million dollar views! We loved everything!

Checked in with ease. We needed a new shower liner because the old was past it’s prime and the owner was understanding and brought one over the next day. The unit was comfortable and had enough space for all of us. There were a lot of stairs but it was good exercise and worth it for the view..
