The property in itself was quirky & welcoming, but the best thing about staying there was Bridget - the host! She couldn’t have been more accommodating, & went of her way to make you feel at home. And the breakfast was brilliant!
Her son Mark, was also helpful & friendly.
I’m very happy to recommend Inishross House as a lovely place to stay.

Staying at Inishross House is quite simply an exercise in watching masters of their craft at work.
Whilst the building is certainly older compared to a modern hotel, the correct observation to make is that this Inn represents precisely the charm so often missing from these corporate "stays".
Breakfast is a multi-course boost against the day's efforts ahead, starting with pancakes fluffier than clouds, and a French press of excellent coffee.
In that same dining room, every sideboard is covered in cards from past guests, from all over the world, thanking the hosts for being such a memorable part of their trip. A chorus of those who made the decidedly good decision to book this Inn, instead of the more boring corporate options elsewhere.
I am absolutely reaching here as I enjoyed my stay fully, but if I had to point something out, the shower head in our room had a leak that reduced the pressure a bit. It was still fine though. All I can do is nitpick around a first class stay.
