Location is good. Located 5mins walk from the train station. Very luxurious finishing and nice Starbucks coffee and Italian pastries.
The AC were on timer. We couldn’t turn it ON in the morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently close to Roma Triburtina (train station, bus station). For some reason, I thought it was a Boutique Hotel, but it was more like an AirBnB room in an apartment, so in the absence of a 24-hour front desk, clear communication was critical. Thanks to a friendly member of staff, the room was available earlier than expected.
My misunderstanding of what type of accommodation this was, meant that leaving my suitcase until my room was ready, was not possible.

Location was good, about 400m from Tiburtina rail and Bus stations.
Very easy to check in and good communication.
Amenities included everything one could need.
Good local bar (La Mela)
Even on my own, the room ('Diana') was quite cramped.
Internet was fine to begin with, however then stopped working, perhaps because there were others in the B&B.
