Location perfect for train or bus travel through Tiburtina.
Our welcome and introduction to the accomodation was excellent, and all the facilities were very good.
The breakfast arrangements worked for us, plenty of variety, just what we needed before our next journey.
I think the coffee machine was having a bad day ! But we had what we wanted after a couple of tries.
A bit more description to help people find the entrance, and to ring the bell for reception, would be helpful.
Arriving at Tiburtina after a long journey - every little helps.

The location was perfect - it was just outside Tiburtina station. There are several eateries around the property - my personal recommendation is "i 2 Seconda", just the next building. The staff were prompt in communication, and we got all the information we needed before we arrived.
Breakfast was available; however, they were the store-bought packed items - not sure if this is the standard in the area, we had a similar experience from other places in Rome as well.

Good location (close to Roma Tiburtina bus & train station), kind staff, food and drinks available in the fridge. The restroom was very clean.
The electronic outlet was a tad difficult to use (perhaps it was a bit clogged). Other than that, all good! :)

Very convenient location. I thought it would have been noisy but I slept well. The room was small but the value for money was absolutely excellent.
