Great quite location, but still close to train, bus and river. Would stay here again.

Loved the location. Beds were quite comfortable. Washing machine and dryer, plus drying room was a bonus.

with a party of 5, we probably should have booked accommodation with 2 toilets. However, there was another toilet near reception, which came in very handy.

7 / 10

we had to wait over 30 mins for shuttle bus to accommodation but other than that it was ok. Location is great but i bit

Location was fantastic

Misleading on the website when booking, i thought we booked two seperate rooms but one room was the living room if you wanted to make up an extra bed.

Great upstairs location for a family of 6

Good location, nice facility for family. Storage of baggage. Shuttle to location

Didn’t realize it was upstairs

Awesome stay in Kyoto!

Lovely property with large capacity for a whole family of 8. However the futon pads were not as comfortable for our kids compared to the beds. The beds were all twins and were not set up for couples. Love the decor and all the amenities included (free coffee and tea) and fairly equipped mini kitchen. It is only a short walk to the bus station and half an hour walk from Kyoto station. Lots of restaurants all within walking distance and a short walk as well to nearby Gion. Free laundry was very appreciated! Free shuttle from Kyoto station to welcome centre for registration and to hotel. Staff was super nice and welcoming .

Didnt have any onsen. And no shuttle to return to Kyoto station.
